Earlier, at check out I got unjustifiably higher price at Edreams, so I was then avoiding it unconsciously. Now, I decided to check back and everything was the opposite - I found a very good deal, with further flexibility compared to if I bought the tickets directly from the airline. Overall, I commend this improvement very much.

Excessive add-ons

The initial price quoted for the trip I planned was seductively low, but then adding in the various features for actual travel--seat selection, baggage, etc., drove the cost up to the point that it is the same as that offered by the airline's website, but taking much more time to get there--no advantage to using dreads

Quite frankly it was very frustrating because the flight routing you offered and gave a USD price for would not allow "select". Finally after experimenting for a couple hours we were able to book one part of it and needed to use Kiwi to book the other part of it. We would have preferred to just buy the full ticket from one source. Please try to correct your web page anomaly

I am so disappointed in this company that words fail me.

I made reservation to rent a car 15 days before my trip, paid in full in advance. When I arrived to pick the car, on time, with all the documents required there was no car available.

I lost the event tickets I was going to, spent a fortune paying Uber for the weekend.

When I contacted eDreams next day they asked me for 20 working days to review my case and see if I am entitled to a refund.

This is revolting.
