Your service is ok, but i do not want to be so often bombard with unneccesary informations. And you should have cancelation button in your e mails and on main menu on your site.

I booked a return flight to Melbourne for $770.00 as advertised on their website. When bank transection was process the price changed to $1354. 58 without warning, and transection went thru without option of rejecting the new price. What concerning is I have set a capped limit on my card below this amount, and somehow they got around it and got the transection thru. Don't trust the price they advertising for, might not be the real price of the tickets. I'm out of pocket by nearly $600 for one ticket. Imagine if someone bought 4 ticket for a family.
I booked a ticket last month. And last day I found Edreams deducted 59.99 GBP. Pure scam. This charge was deducted directly from my credit card I used to book which I had not agreed to save on their website. This is the end of the disappointing story. I have tried contacting customer service for many times from all ways I could find, online chat, calls, emails…Nobody ever responded to me but a robot. It's outrageous.

Edreams' online chat service helped me. I needed to enter my passport information to get my booking confirmed and they did that for me after asking a few questions.

I never received my complete info. Was missing my confirmed itinerary. Had to call United to get my info after a couple days.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
