Do not touch this company with a bargepole! I booked flights with them, Edinburgh-Faro and return, plus a hotel stay, in May/June 2022 and had to cancel (well within the time allowed) due to the sudden illness and hospitalisation of a family member. In trying to claim a refund, I have had nothing but knock-backs (in Spanish) ever since. My only regret in writing this review is that the overall rating allows nothing less than one star.
Excellent service, would recommend it to family and friends.

I purchased an air line ticket with insurance "cancel for any reason" last April. I cancelled May 3, I was told initially that the airlines are taking 30 to 60 to process the refund request. 60 days turned into up to 6 months. October 24 I received an email stating that my documentation was sent to the airlines and that the airlines are taking 10 days on average to review, since then I've called every 10 days... the last agent I spoke to actually was indignant, telling me I should be patient and just wait...Dec 29 still no refund

Got a ticket but never received a confirmation mail. I went back into eDreams and couldn't find my reservation either so I bought a second ticket in panic. I got a confirmation mail for the 2nd buy and then both tickets appeared on eDreams. Thankfully that was all in the span of the ame day so I could cancel one of them

More than six months since flight was cancelled due to overbooking and the company still insists that the refund is pending airline action.
The company uses chatbot to settle all questions by not answering your enquiries.
I booked my trip but have receive no info regarding my flight since getting my confirmation.
I submitted my review got this auto reply:
Nothing else. There address was listed Mary st. C Grove. I went there no office nor a box eve.
Telephone number not given. Fake ads and fake customer approvals.
A CRIMINAL entreprise my next step: Court filing.

Few times I try to pay and ticket price changes in middle of process. Seems insincere and greedy on your part.
Also my credit card was not accepted a few times, with out reason given, even if never in other booking platforms it has happened. I lost good price and booking place due to that.
Needed a quick booking after my previous. Flight on another airline had been canceled. I got it very quickly. Big relief
Once I got used to doing everything on the app, it was plain sailing

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
