Purchased the flex travel through there site, which was A LOT extra. I had to switch a flight which I was told to pay the airline price difference and then I'd get reimbursed. No one ever got back to me. I'm still waiting for my money.
What I paid for my ticket was a price gauge, I would have been better off going through the airline directly. Avoid at all cost!
I thought it went smoothly using the app,and found it to be helpful. The only thing I was curious as to why the ffg light was so expensive for a 11/2 flight one way.
Honestly the worst experience of my entire travel life. I have travelled for many years and used many different airlines and agencies and never experienced such a level of incompetence.
Edreams changed my flight to a new time that did not suit me and so I advised them immediately that I would need an alternative option. They said they would offer me this and it would all be sorted. The agent then mistakenly confirmed this new incorrect flight and so my flight never got changed as was discussed. This was months ago and I have called I would say close to 20 times since, holding for usually 40 minutes before they even answer the call and then reciting the same story over and over again to a new agent who has no record of all of the prior calls. The last call I made I actually ended up in tears out of frustration, anger and desperation when the agent asked me to recite the story once again and passed me around to 3 other departments.
I have never made a complaint in my life but I feel like I am close to having a nervous breakdown right now and feel so upset that I cannot seem to get this simple request sorted, which was actually their mistake in the first place! I have just never in my life experienced such a low level of customer service and it has seriously impacted my whole holiday as I feel too anxious at this stage to even go when they just cannot seem to rectify this.
I would never, ever recommend eDreams to anyone, as it is just not worth the level of stress you will face if any small change needs to be made, or in this case if you need to try and fix a mistake that they made!
Really, truly the most disappointing experience I have ever had to have when travelling - save yourself the trouble and do not book through them.

A complete scam - rented a car through edreams, then was contacted by the car rental location to tell me they actually had no cars available. Edreams still charged me for the rental and there is literally no way to contact them to get a refund. I have submitted a request through their manage booking page and got no response. There is no other way to contact them - no email or phone number on their car hire website.
Do not hire a car through edreams, they will take your money with apparently no accountability, disgraceful.

If your travel is following your original plan then you might be OKAY. But as soon as there is a small change your will be LOST… EDREAMS will make you feel you are dealing with SCAM AND FRAUD. The customer service of edreams is almost impossible to contact. The chat robot is absolute waste of time. If you manage to 'crack' their system and are able to talk to an agent you will find out that they cannot help you, inform you incorrect and only delay finding a solution.
Due to non-responsive service team of edreams my flight was cancelled. Edreams blamed the airline for not receiving the refund of 1000eur. It took me 10months and many many mails & calls, and only after negative reviews on TRUSTPILOT I get confirmation that the airline had authorized the refund. On December 15 2022 I received the good news that the refund would be on my account in max 7 days. In-line with many many broken promises also this time NO REFUND.
Now the SCAM and fraudulent behavior continues again….I complained edreams about the missing refund (you can in fact only do this my posting a negative review on TRUSTPILOT). Their standard reply is we start the refund process for you…it will take minimum 30days to receive feedback of the airline……EDREAMS has already received the refund!
I bet EDREAMS "earns" a lot of money by not paying back refunds. People simply give up after trying unsuccessfully for long time …. EDREAM act like thieves, fraudulent and until proven otherwise a SCAM.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!
There are many other good and reliable travel agency to use.

EDreams negative reviews are REAL!
I booked a vacation to San Juan Leaving Dec 27 and returning the 31st with EDreams. Paid for the insurance and everything just in case. They charged my card $5,995.21 dollars and send me an email saying it was partially booked. What that means is they booked the hotel and flight back to Miami but could not get me a flight to San Juan. After 2 hours of trying to get someone live to speak with...the rep said sorry, but it would be up to me to get a flight to San Juan...but everything else was booked. Needless to say, I requested they cancel everything since they could not get me a flight. AA airlines was great and returned my monies for the return flight and yet EDreams continues to not respond and have not returned my money for the hotel. This has been a nightmare and they have yet to issue a refund. No one to speak with and no accountability. They DO NOT care about their customers. This is a simple cancellation well within the required timeframe and they DO NOT care to help! They are leaving me with no other option but to file a complaint with the FTC.

I cancel my booking in August 1,2022 and until now I still didn't get my money back. Please edreams can you sorted my refund.
Edreams are a bunch of scammers who steal customers money. Told me my flight was cancelled by the airline & offered me a refund. I have their email stating this fact yet they refuse to acknowledge it. They tell you a different story every time you try & contact them. And guess what? The airline did not cancel the flight so it was an opportunity for edreams to steal my money. It's been over a year. Please do not use edreams to book flights. You will be lied to & out of pocket.
After checking in for the flight, e-dream sent me a boarding pass in the name of another person. It was impossible to tell them about the error. On the return flight, they did not send a boarding pass at all. And this is a Prime service, for which they charged more than 50 euros from my account. After reading the reviews of other affected passengers, I realized that I would never deal with this company again.
EDreams represents the absolute worse level of customer service imaginable. I have never encountered such a winded and useless process that leads you only to engage with incompetent support people, robots, or automated responses.
I have been waiting for a refund of seats that I paid but eDreams never booked on my behalf for over 6 months. They just basically took the money and never booked my seats and I only discovered this during the check-in process. I spend more then 10 hours on calls with incompetent people that can barely communicate let alone trying to understand their English and sent many many emails - All for nothing.
Absolute Shame of a company!
Have booked a two-way trip for another person from them for the New Year Eve.
Got a change of plan, person did not took the first flight.
They cancelled return flight. It was amazing to know that while on holiday.
Only issued a partial refund. Do not recommend this company.
Not aware of assignment to join Edreams while booking I kept trying to get rid of Edteams popping up I must have touched something! I did not realize was an acceptance of this I am 83 and struggling with making bookings and to have this added to my stress is very sad
Have booked a return flight from Milan Mpx to Frankfurt Main. Have received confirmation but i can only see the one way ticket and do not find the reutrn from Frankfurt
Everything on time, the gate was nearly to the chaking area, water and chocolate free on the plane, everything was fine.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
