So after a long and Exhausting Trail of Chasing "Edreams" from Pillar to Post Concerning my daughter's Flight Ticket refund from this company it is safe to say they did not care nor refunded anything instead the "Team" w had the Audacity to ask if there's anything they can HELP WITH whicj is ACTUALLY MORE INFURIATING as that is Pretense as if THEY CARE
They refuse to refund of $3,000 and took too long to respond. They didn't refund even with insurance and their own email says that they will refund. I contacted them right after the cancelation of insured ticket and despite their own email and chats contact saying that they will refund, after over 6 months they claim that too much time has passed and now they are not obligated to refund.
Their service is super poor. Specially "Prime" you pay prime for nothing. Be aware they are pretty much scam. They owe me money for a cancellation on a flight is been a year and no refund or even answer for conclusion is still pending in their app is still showing as waiting for the airline to confirm. No way to speak to them email bounce back and the chat is automatically answered by a robot that does not help on top they are charging to my credit card for another year of "prime" Bull …t. Do not provide your account details use a different provider. They are SCam!
I book an air ticket from edreams for my November trip and things going smooth but however in December they mischarge USD 354.19 using my credit card information they stored in their database and at the same time I am not a member of edreams and I have not subscribed to any prime service. Emailed them since 26th Dec 2022 utill now 14th January 2023 still replying the same copy and paste message as of " WAITING FOR OUR DEPARTMENT OF RESERVATION TO RESPOND".
The best of all is that they do not even have my invoice or booking reference that tag to my credit card charges.
Hopefully they can refund what they have done wrong and close this case.

Edreams have reply over 1 weeks but in the end we did clarify certain issue and got it settled.

If I can give a 0 in review I'll do it, I had book flight from SFO to Shanghai at Feb. 2022, and was told the flight were canceled by air line, so I cancel the flight and it stay in step 5/7 Request pending airline authorization for over 11 months now. And also no live help center and chat room and can't get any help.
This service is 100% reliable and anyone who chooses this service will never regret it.

Booked via website, property refused booking, noting that the picture on the website was incorrect and they have stopped working with eDreams a while back so not sure why the listing is still there. More damning the phone number given on the confirmation was for an agent who was completely unhelpful. Was stuck in an unfamiliar new city at 9PM with no booking for the night, in the middle of the medina.
It was a very Easy process thanks and I enjoyed the journey of booking my flight with you.

I booked an air ticket through Edreams on 15th, Oct,2022 paid $814.99 NZD including the ticket $800.7 and $14.29 for the most popular standard travel essentials which included free charge for any change to my booking. They sent me an invoice after I asked, but the invoice was only showing the air ticket price, I didn't request about it thought was only a tiny different. I requested a cancellation on 20th, Oct, it took over 7 weeks to finally get my refund but I found I only got 53% of what I have paid for the ticket. I emailed and questioned but no response regarding my question at all.
By the way, I felt if I didn't complain they won't even refund me the 53%. AS I have been waiting well over 30 days has no any further information regards my refund, I rang the air plane company the customer service told me that my ticket has been cancelled in their system and recommend me to contact the agent where I purchased my ticket to get the refund. I then tried very hard to finally get my refund but only $447.38 I lost $353.32 when I bought the free charge of change my booking service.
Be really careful with this company!

The free trial period, I did not see any cancellation information or if I will be notified when the $59.00 will be charged to my account. Once agreeing to the trial period, the savings for a rental car was only about 5%. Being two of us are traveling, we are about 78 bucks on the price of the airfare so if I do not cancel, then it will about break even. A little better for me, but I did almost decline as I didn't see a way to cancel easily.
This company has been saying my refund is being processed for a year now. I get told the airline is the problem. However when I contacted the airline they said they refunded eDreams 30 days after the refund was asked for.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED AS THEY JUST DONT REFUND ANY MONEY BACK.
I booked a return flight but my internet glitched whilst the second ticket was being processed. They emailed me to let me know that the second flight failed and I'd have to rebook, and any payment that was taken from my account would be refunded within 10 days. The money was taken from my account but was never refunded. I've tried getting in contact through facebook and a random email address I found (*******@edreams.com) as I couldn't find any other contact methods. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything. The 'customer help centre' on their website is just a bunch of FAQs or a robot- neither of which has been remotely helpful. Don't bother booking with them, if you have any issues you'll have no help and no one to contact, and may end up a few hundred bucks poorer. Luckily I rebooked my return ticket with a different company.

Booked a deal for 3 person, 1 of them on return flight got cancelled by airline, ruined our holiday
We had to contact directly to airline as Edream couldn't help to sort out the technical issue they had,
They have option called eDream Prime to get discount, therefore, i sing up for it which comes with cost, mentioned 40% discount, i tried to book a hotel through it however, it re-direct you to booking. Com which i did the same search through Booking. Com directly and it was same price,
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
