I've now been unknowingly charged twice by eDreams Prime for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. The membership is hidden behind a flight discount with no clear mention of recurring charges. Customer support was dismissive, and the only "refund" offered was a restrictive voucher requiring a €300+ booking—which still didn't work when conditions were met. The online booking system was fairly intuitive to follow and book the flights. However, when we checked in with Emirates the seats that we had paid E-Dreams for booking were not booked and I was travelling with my two sons and none of us ere allocated seats together for the long haul flight from Newcastle to Bangkok. I contacted Emirates and showed them my booking with the seats clearly selected and paid for and they said that for some reason it had not gone through the system and the seats were not available. I would like a refund for the seats that I paid for as no seats were actually booked.

Lovely platform

I use edreams for 2+ years and I enjoy using it for my quite intense travel planning. Just like any cooperation I sometimes face difficulties, or I make mistakes by myself, but in general all questions addressed are being resolved in a very good and customer centric way.

Compre un vuelo atraves de eDreams por spirit con maleta de mano incluido y cuando spirit me confirma el boleto me dice que no incluye las maletas y eso que tengo una sucrpcion prime en eDreams. Ahora probablemente tenga que pagar la maleta de manos
