This is the first time I even heard about eDreams, so naturally I'm a little suspicious. I received booking details within 5 minutes of payment, so no fuss there. So far Lufthansa still has me as booked, and my ticket is ready for me to check in. Summary- Overall, no everything is good, but since this is my first time, I am suspicious. I had wanted to wait until after I travel to leave my review. -1 star for pressuring me for my review early.
I am a really frequent traveler, this is the first week since I joined edreams prime so far I am happy. Though I find sometimes edreams not as cheap as some other websites ie. Kiwi or booking.com BUT sometimes nothing can beats edreams. I really like edreams customer service. I particularly like to book my flights rather than booking accommodations.

I've now been unknowingly charged twice by eDreams Prime for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. The membership is hidden behind a flight discount with no clear mention of recurring charges. Customer support was dismissive, and the only "refund" offered was a restrictive voucher requiring a €300+ booking—which still didn't work when conditions were met. Unsubscribing was a tedious, multi-step process clearly designed to discourage cancellations. This experience reflects a company more focused on trapping customers than serving them. Avoid.

Very good way to booking and travelling yiu can book by e dream and get an offers
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
