My flight got canceled 4 months ago, and EDreams don't want to give me my refund. They keep making excuses saying they never received the money, which I have evidence that they did; then they said they didn't have my bank account, which I sent multiple times already, and for no reason my refund got cancel. The customer service is terrible, they hang up on me multiple times and I was told "I am giving them a really hard time." Still I haven't received my refund.
Bought ticket from edreams and Turkish Airlines cancelled flight. I cant reach their support. Only idiotic ai chat responds. Looks like lost money. Never ever will buy from them ticket.

I love that it is bare bones so the company can provide good monetary value, but new as a new custmer had no idea where crucial booking number or help or upgrade could be, as customer in the western world I thought bare minimum they would have automated bare minimum customer service but convoluted and surprisingly no.
I have received my travel booking but it was a mistake in the reservation code, that I am waiting for a response. A part from that everything was all right and client attention very kind

Everything straight forward despite a few negative reviews that I read which made me skeptical at first. Relieved my booking confirmation within 24 hours which I then confirmed via visiting the airlines website.
Also was able to cancel my prime membership without any issues.
Overall I would recommend E dreams.

I wanted to book a flight on Boutique Airlines from PDX to Pendleton, OR. I have never had a problem booking in the past. I had no idea that I was choosing a booking agent until it was all over and done with. I guess I was just confused and kept going as I haven't used the airline in a couple of years and thought maybe the process had changed.
Good app to booking however I haven't finished the experience

When starting the booking process, due to it being a long haul international flight we assumed that the fares would include the seats. This was not the case and we ended having to pay an additional £240 on top of the initial advertised price. When we came to check out we were charged an additional £85 because we took 10mins to decide whether to go ahead as the price on the website kept ramping up.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
