When starting the booking process, due to it being a long haul international flight we assumed that the fares would include the seats. This was not the case and we ended having to pay an additional £240 on top of the initial advertised price. When we came to check out we were charged an additional £85 because we took 10mins to decide whether to go ahead as the price on the website kept ramping up.

I had great frustration that is giving problem until today to solve. In 2019 I bought a ticket that was scheduled to leave in March 2020, from Queenstown (NZ) to Rome (Italy), it was paid with a debit card and because of covid the airline canceled my flight. So i contacted edreams and they told me they would give me my money back and its been 3 years since i asked for my refund. When I access the edreams app it says that my refund has already been paid, but they have not refunded me.
I already contacted the bank and they told me that no money was deposited in my account by edream.
This money is really missing me. I don't know what else to do.
The service was excellent and really helpful site.

Compre un boleto de avion el cual decia que ae podia cancelar dentro de las proximas 24 horas.
A penas lo vompre me di cuenta que habia sido una mala desicion, cuando fui a cancelarlo de repente decia que solo tenia 1 hora para cancelarlo. No dude y lo cancele al instante, en fin ellos nunca me devolvieron el dinero. Llame varias veces y hable con representantes que me aaeguraban que el reembolso estaba hecho cuando yo jamas recibi nada. En definitiva me robaron casi 300 dolares y ni siquiera un voucher por ese valor me dieron. La pagina es buena tiene buenos precios el tema esta en si tienes un error o necesitas alguna vez cancelar un vuelo. Pues nadie se hara cargo de eso.
The program works well I advise everyone I ordered a ticket for the first time in my life, but everything is described in detail and clearly, you can find cheap tickets if you urgently need

Flight booking: a return leg that had 2 changes. Got as far as putting in my credit card details in only to get a blue box pop up to say the airline has put the price up from what we had been offered (over £600!). Would I like to proceed at the new price? No option but to say yes. All the boxes were pre populated and I could see the flight time on the return left Sumatra at the same time as before & assumed everything else was the same, including the lay over in Dubai, which originally was just 4 hours. Booked the holiday at the new price. It was not until the confirmation email came through that we saw the flight out of Dubai, the final leg of the return flight, had been changed from a 4 hour lay over to a 16 hour lay over. Took 3 phones calls to customer service with them saying it's not a computer fault and change it at a further cost of nearly £700 as clearly it couldn't be a computer problem. While the lesson learnt is triple check everything you should not have to check pre populate boxes and if it does & makes changes then it should be flagged up. It wasn't and has cost us dearly with no remorse from edreams.
The app also is not working at finding our booking so everything has to be done through the website which is also not great.
All in all a shocking service and we won't be using Edreams again. In hindsight Opodo seemed a more user friendly site with the same prices.
Easy to book, good prices, it was my first experience with eDreams. In compare with other websites the prices were cheaper and I got all the information about my booking immediately.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
