This company is the biggest scam in the United States for online flight ticket booking. They deducted $70 from my account without my consent after months of purchasing a ticket. Later they canceled my flight ticket without even informing me and I had to purchase a very expensive ticket. They even didn't refund my ticket cancellation. EDREAMS IS the BIGGEST SCAM. Please never ever buy anything from eDreams.
Booked round trip tickets I found on google flights for my family via e-dreams. I was annoyed by all of the additional hidden charges and fees added on but purchased the additional insurance for all three tickets just in case. Needed to change one ticket do to an unexpected passport delay. E-dreams said the only way I could do that would be to cancel all three tickets for an 80% refund. So, an additional $600 on top of the $189 insurance fee. Ended up paying $500 to book the one ticket directly with Delta. When we got to the airport for our flight home, we were informed that we would need to pay an additional $300 for carryon luggage. I checked the eDreams app and emailed itinerary and it showed I hadn't paid for checked baggage (since I wasn't checking baggage) but didn't say anything about carry on. The customer service rep said it didn't show whether or not I had paid for carryon since I didn't pay the extra fee for carry on… huh? Customer service was horrible. They were all very pleasant, but completely unhelpful. Between all of the extra hidden fees, useless insurance, and low quality airline, I would have been way better off buying a refundable ticket from a legit airline. You know, the kind that doesn't charge extra for water, soda, carryon luggage for each leg of an international flight and has working wifi and inflight entertainment. I will never ever purchase anything from eDreams again. Buy direct… it's cheaper in the long run with a lot less headache and heartache.
Their prices require you to pay an extra membership, which they claim you can cancel but then it's very difficult to contact them. If you do not succeed in canceling within 2 weeks, their "policy" does not allow them to issue a refund so you pay for a full year's membership and the price for the flights ends up being more expensive. I had to write a bad review here in order to get a reply and refund from them. I will not be booking with them again.
Booking online was fine. Information kept up to date. Delays were messaged to my phone and email address.

I don't like that it is not clear how much luggage you have. In one place it says only hand luggage, and in the other it says checked no more than 23kg.
Does this mean you have both carry-on and checked baggage?
They take your money! Terrible agency! I was eligible for a full flight cancellation refund. Never buy tickets from these!
I was waiting for my visa and had to cancel the flight- 2 weeks in advance.
I didn't get all, they return 80% only because I selected in my cancellation "any reason". When I called, they said you get 80% of your money back.
On the online support, they give you to read their policy and they don't give a full refund.
Make sure before booking any flights.

"We are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience with us and we regret any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
Regarding your request we would like to inform you that the insurance cancel for any reason as covered only 80% from the the ticket price."

They don't tell you when booking the flight.
YOU have to pay for the seat you choose to sit in: Many times forcing you to check your baggage which cost more money. Beware. All these airlines are the same...

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
