I must have fallen for a scam
The edreams agent requested that I buy a new ticket to Romania on 06/20/23 instead of the canceled flight on 06/21/23
And they promised that they would call me and refund me the amount of the second transaction made on 04/02/2023 of buying a second ticket for the flight on 6/20/23 in the amount of $819
For me, the first transaction of 03/22/2023 in the amount of $881.24 is approved and the second transaction is $819. I should receive a credit to the card
Please help with this
To date, edreams have not answered the email or called

È la seconda volta, dopo il viaggio in Andalusia dell'anno scorso, che, quando ho bisogno di assistenza da parte di una persona reale, non mi viene fornita. Ho provato anche a contattare l'assistenza in inglese da membro Prime, ma per la seconda volta non è stato possibile mettersi in contatto con qualcuno. Il volo partirà domani mattina e, per un errore di eDreams, mi trovo in difficoltà con l'ennesima prenotazione. Forse l'azienda dovrebbe concentrarsi di più su un reale servizio di assistenza e su una maggiore comunicazione in tempo reale con le compagnie aeree. Se non è in grado di farlo, sarebbe meglio concentrarsi su un solo Paese e non avere pretese da multinazionale.
This my third time buying tickets from the website. First time I bought 4 tickets and 5 and then more. Best price compare to the market. I hope it stays the same :)

When I booked a ticket I consider the bag on carrier, unfortunately, I find the different sizes between cities.

Good experience. The only pitfall is the delay between payment and receiving ticket confirmation. I thought it may be hackering.

I want to cancel my flights because of health issues. Ive paid for extra insurance to be able to cancel for no reason. Its IMPOSSIBLE because my booking number is not working all of sudden. Ive been told to call edreams, but I CANT because the bot says that my reference number doesnt exist! On our prime account it says that we have no planned trips. Thats a lie. Our tickets just vanished. Unbelievable, there is no help at all. No customer service. Avoid this company.
I was charged $71 each way for a checked bag and when the airline sent me confirmation they showed my flight $40 less round trip, their bag fee was $51 each way. That was disappointing.
They have charged my account for things I never agreed to! Not only did they try to charge me to change a mistake they made on the spelling of my name, but they tacked on an extra charge for a "VIP Membership" that I have never heard of! Do NOT use this service!

I booked with you being led by the lower price when compared with other websites. However the initial price is not including checked-in luggage, which I needed for this trip. Your price for checked-in luggage seemed also fine and I did not check the full price against competition. Later, after booking, I checked in more details as I wanted to book more flights (I start my new life as frequent traveler). Surprise: I overpaid EUR 30 with you. Reason: you doubled the price I saw for luggage - so you present charge x and you double for both return flights. Specifically, I paid EUR 40 x 2, while with other websites it is EUR 50 for return flight, presented upfront 50 while you present 40.
Bottom line: I was extremely unhappy and disappointed to be tricked like this, I will not continue to book with you and I see no reason to pay any premium fee for such tricky service. I only hope your approach is a mistake and you are looking to correct it, thus I hope you would find my feedback useful.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
