I am very happy of your service and fare was very good.
I had a big problem with my last experience by booking on e dreams and I hope that they can fix it.
After booking,I still received email from edream which told me the same flights have been sold out. And it is really misunderstanding, cuz I did not know it meat my filght tickets not been booked or others been sold out? And when I want to make sure even I am prime member, still could not get any support, chat, any other online service to make sure.

Listed on sky scanner and Edreams search in AUD, charged me in USD. Meant flights were not the cheapest but most expensive option instead. Never use

I chose to have baggage on my flights, but the program didn't register it multiple times
It the worst ever I have been waiting more than 4 months,they wait the airline when I ask no answer finally now when I emailed said non refundable I have cancelled the ticket after 3 days of the day i bought. This is not good as edreams is a big website, its the $#*! and no respect discasting. The took all my money around 730
I lost count of the number of extras I was enticed to add on and had to click through or de-select. I did not appreciate needing to join the prime programme in order to secure the headline price i had been offered, cancelling the prime programme was also onerous and I suspect on the very boundary of legality. All in all a truly horrible user experience.

EDreams has so little trustworthiness that flight companies now automatically block bookings from them. They "just happen" to not warn you of this, while charging you up to 50% extra on your flight for no reason. And if that company happens to be Ryanair which you'd swear was managed by a sadistic Jigsaw killer from how much they like trapping you in a catch-22 where getting assistance is impossible.
Long story short: airlines won't accept eDreams booking, eDreams sells you bookings anyway.
EDIT: They also have bottom of the barrel customer service, as you can see from the soulless copy-pasted reply to mine and others' review.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
