Easy booking and cheaper fees for international flight
This is my second time booking with eDreams. I'm on a tight budget, but I love to travel. I am trusting eDreams more and more to find the most economical flights available. Thank you eDreams.

Edreams themselves were fantastic the whole booking side of it was seamless... until i got to airport 90 mins early and found my 90 min wait would become 210 minutes due to delays but thats not edreams fault.
We'll see until the traveling. However, yesterday someone tried to get money from my card after I bought the ticket from your company.

Very reliable and easy to use. All flights were confirmed all the way. I've experienced my flight not being confirmed all the way and that made me get stuck in a country. I used a different agency last time but this time i changed and i am satisfied.
We picked a flight that cost 470+
The cost changed to 510+ when we tried to pay
So disappointed, we gave up looking, so we paid extra charge.
We are an extended family of 10. You would only allow a booking for 9 people. Why? I had to make 2 bookings. One booking was processing for a long time and I tried and tried to speak to someone about this. It took a long time and a lot of aggravation. I think a group of 10 should get priority service and even a discount. I'll think twice about flying with you again.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
