As well as being expensive, it allows half the usual baggage allowance, check in has been really difficult, wasted so much time and haven't even got my boarding pass, the price changed from booking to paying, which is dodgy in itself... completely disappointed, will never use them again

The price they quote will change AFTER you click purchase. They advertise a low price and then you get charged extras without your consent. Booking.com always sets out the total price clearly. EDreams will scam you, and you have no way to recover the money. Their "customer care" is a joke. ENightmare. Avoid at all costs. This is whey there are sooooo many negative reviews out there for this company. They are deceptive and fraudsters
I booked several flights with them across the US. I was bumped from a flight which led to a chain reaction of not being able to catch most of my subsequent flights. I asked for help with rebooking each time and each time I was told there was nothing they could do. I ended up spending 5 times as much to rebook through the airline. All Edreams said was they were sorry but not a single agent helped me find a new flight or offer compensation for the flights that I was unable to get on. They don't care if you lost $1000 all they care is that they got their money. I'm a "prime" member as well and there was no concierge service as promised.
Please do not book through these scamsters,they will they will botch up your bookings, I booked thourgh these cheaters for my holidays & untill the last moment they had no courtesy to inform me that the booking is not conformed.I had to rebook with very very high fares, my budget holiday I had planned for nearly a year back was a total disaster,they are not ready to pay for any compensation.Please people kindly do not use these cheaters again.

I made a request for a refund after cancelling my booking within 24 hours. This is from February 2023. We are already in July 2023 and still waiting for my refund. I have spoken to several customer service reps and I am told on each occasion that all they can do for me on their end is "request to escalate my refund". They all asked me to wait a little longer but that is just their standard response. None of them have any control over the refund. So basically I opened a case in April 2023 and have not received any follow up email and no update as to IF I will ever get my monies. The only place you get actual feedback is from the reps that cannot do anything for you. Please do not waste your money on this platform. It is frustrating and ridiculous.
After being seduced by cheap tickets, it actually makes you pay much more with your money and time.
The customer service doesn't respond at all and doesn't understand or ignore your issues even if you're connected to them after waiting more than 2~3 hours (I booked 4 tickets under different names and asked to share the invoices but it sent only 2 and keep sending the same ones again again even if I explained many time). And they just save your credit card information even if you asked to delete and charge you different costs (Prime membership) which will be tremendously difficult to cancel and delete. I was finally able to cancer the prime membership by phone but today I received again that the free trial of the membership is started and it will be automatically renewed with annual charge! Furthermore, the worst part, they change my account name every time I log in or complain. (they just put the last traveler's name even though saving my personal credit card information and using my email address!)
This is to highly recommend you not to be deceived by the cheap prices if you like to save you money and time!

Dont, think you found a good deal when you see their prices. They will charge you and then try to get a good deal from the airlines. If they don't find it they will refund your money and tell you the trip was sold out. They didn't even send an email. Dont use them
After booking a flight, company automatically enrolled me in prime membership without notifying. They attempted to charge $69.99 on my card, but luckily my bank caught it and denied the charge. These practices are shady, bordering on fraud. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!
The online ticketing failed to purchase the tickets within the time alloted, so I called their support line which is near impossible to get in touch with. The online system processed the und transfer but did not issue any tickets. The customer service purchased an inbound ticket but canceld the outbound ticket. The system kept updating until the day off travel that all tickets were available. After trying to board 24 hours before departure the airlines would not let us board. The travel agency and airlines blamed each other for the canceled ourbound ticket. Had to pay the airlines an enourmous amount of mone to get a one way ticket.

They operate a scam. They sign you up for a 'prime membership' automatically so you pay $100 after a month. I paid extra for having my flight changed but they did nothing and I had to sleep at the airport. DONT BOOK WITH EDREAMS!
Poor service via telephone. Persons English very poor didn't understand what I was saying. Hung up the phone
Worst site ever, worst company ever, worst service ever
We took a free 14 days subscription and didnt cancel it so ended up getting charged for the full year.
But little did we know that even if you cancel your credit card details, they will automatically renew your subscription (they say they will send you an email but they dont!)
I never received the alert and the next thing I see is a charge on the credit card.
Now stuck with them for another year.
Booked two flights, the second one was cancelled by the airline, so I cancelled the trip, still waiting for a refund from eDreams 3 weeks later.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
