Scam
August 27, 2023

When booking a flight, they will automatically sign you up for their annual membership without notification. I called to cancel and they said they would not refund my money. Agent Francis Paul was very unhelpful. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Worse experience ever

Three days spent to change my reservation that I made online, was insured by flexibility. System gave me options, after choosing my favorite one. Informed that I need to check for any call from e-dream. First call was at 4 am in local time that I obviously did not pick up. Then my request expired. I requested change again. The difference was 130$. And I agreed with terms. Long story short, after many chasings,(chats and calls) Eventually I received a call and I was told that difference is 633 $. They are really scam and I never dal with them and I highly recommend to avoid this platform.

Worst of the worst

I had book a flight abroad, when arrive to the airport I was informed that my flight was cancelled, with out any warning or email, they refused to book me another flight and told me they will give me a refund later with in 15 days. I was stained in the airport for two days and have to ask family to help me rebook new flight. Now past 60 days still no refund no supervisors answering my request to call back. I have hire an attorney and will filling small claim.Do not book through this company you will be disappointed. They don't care about their customers and not reliable. This was my first and last time booking with them.

Never making a booking with you ever again and I will tell all my friend and family to avoid you like a plague! Charged me twice and never received a refund. And Now I got a notification that you keep charging 9$!?!? For what? Absolutely unbelievable! Avoid this company at all cost!

I bought online tickets and was told a later the flight was full. I then rebooked tickets when I read the email of the canceled flight. I received another email that they could accommodate this either. I had to use another service. I called them and was told I would only get 80% back which is fine. They then billed me for $137 and I received an email that they couldn't refund the rest of the money due to a banking error, so I am out $315 for absolutely nothing. Two hours on the phone while being put on hold over and over. The worst experience I have ever had with any online booking service. Stay away

I had a round trip for 5 days from Los Angeles to Paris and I had to stop in Montreal (it's a transit ticket). When I booked the ticket nothing was mentioned that I need a canadian Visa to stop at the airport and wait for my next flight, although I was not going to go out the airport in Canada. When I was about to take my boarding pass in LA, they stopped me at the airport asking for an ETA, and the manager said we have to cancel your flight sine the site was not working to get the canadian visa application online, and you'll get a full refund 1320 $, also the ETA application site was down for several days. Until now they didn't send me any refund and I called them multiple times and every time they give excuses and say sorry we will send the refund, and now they close their line, under which I can't call them any more or even send emails.

Using eDreams "PRIME" service, I recently booked a flight and hotel package with eDreams. First-hand, I can confidently say that my experience with this company was nothing short of a disaster. From their unhelpful customer service representatives to their disregard for urgent requests, eDreams has proven itself to be an unreliable and unprofessional travel service.

The trouble began when I had to cut short my trip and needed to change my return flight to Washington, DC. Upon contacting eDreams for assistance, I was met with a cold and dismissive response. They claimed it was too late to modify my ticket and instructed me to call a toll-free number instead. What followed was a series of infuriating interactions with their customer service representatives that left me with a growing sense of frustration and helplessness.

The first representative I spoke to over the phone displayed an appalling lack of competence. She failed to provide any viable solutions and promised that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Ignoring the fact that I needed immediate help and had to leave within 48 hours, she brushed off my concerns and showed no empathy for the urgency of my situation. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with a supervisor, she couldn't even connect me to one, further highlighting the incompetence and lack of professionalism within eDreams' ranks.

Eventually, after changing the time frame for their response by an additional 24 hours, another representative reached out to me on the day of my initial return flight. By that time, I had already made alternative arrangements with Delta Airlines. Despite the inconvenience and stress their negligence caused, the eDreams representative made no effort to offer any form of compensation or meaningful assistance. Instead, the rep could only muster a half-hearted apology and said my ticket was non-refundable, which only served to add insult to injury. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for a partial refund after the fact.

It was abundantly clear that eDreams lacked the basic communication skills and competence necessary to handle customer issues effectively.

In summary, my experience with eDreams has left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. The company's customer service was severely lacking, and their inability to address urgent matters in a timely and satisfactory manner is simply unacceptable. I caution anyone considering using eDreams for their travel needs to think twice and explore more reliable and reputable alternatives in the market. Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmarish experience altogether. Yes, I immediately canceled its prime service.

I book in edreamz last June,******* and it's was showing in online price is Qr. 4300 something and but they charge me for the amount of Qr 4593, when I complain it they suddenly do an refund without any asking if what I want to happen, it's not convenient to call them, hang you for 25 minutes and another time until add the time, it's confusing what they did, until now I haven't received any money from the refund they said. Worst website not helpful even,

EDreams website. I tried to delete the account over and over. July 8, 10, 12,16, 18, 20, 22,23
No way to contact a real person. I simply get this message:

To permanently delete your account and all personal information from our database, follow the following instructions:
1. From the header of our website log into your My Trips account.
2. Select Account Details on the left-hand side.
3. Click on I want to delete my account.
4. Confirm the deletion of your account by clicking Yes, delete.

From "My account" I entered email and password. Then I clicked "Delete my Account" but the "No thanks" link is active, but "Yes, Delete" doesn't function.

I sent the message on Facebook, on their website and in the chat box. I asked for a live agent, but without a 1-12 digit code I am unable to link to proceed to an agent.

They force customers into subscribing for a really unnecessary service. Quite pricey too. They won't respond to calls or complains, so I don't know who legitimates these people.

Not happy

We can only advise to avoid this agency. My wife and I booked a flight for my father and mother in law, from Mexico to Germany. While booking, we made a mistake with the duration of the trip. We immediately cancelled the booking (free of charge within 24 hours) and booked the flight again.

About 2 weeks later, we received an email saying that unfortunately the booking could not be carried out and we received a €10 voucher as "compensation". Of course, we assumed that E-Dreams was referring to the second booking. But no, the email referred to the first, cancelled booking, as we unfortunately only realised later. Why one has to reply to a cancellation with such an email is beyond us.

Since the ticket prices had risen sharply in the meantime, we hurriedly bought a new ticket, but somewhere else, because E-Dreams had already increased its ticket price by about 300€. At some point we wondered why E-Dreams did not refund us and wrote to their customer service. The answer was that there was still a booking with a different booking number. Only then did we notice the mistake. So we had twice the number of tickets.

The request to cancel the booking immediately and refund the money was not responded to. We then had to fill out an official application. 3 days ago - or almost 4 weeks after the request - the refund came: it was not even 1/10 of the amount paid before. Certainly, the risk could have been minimised with another ticket. But air fares are high enough at the moment. So little money as a refund is a joke. Where did the other 90+ % go?

And why was the communication so bad? With a clear email this would not have happened. You can't respond to a cancellation (which has long since been filed) for two weeks with a text that suggests something went wrong. You just get a cancellation confirmation and that's it.

We are very dissatisfied.

Every time that I tried to book a flight with them, they have changed the total price at the last step before payment without any reason! (This is regardless of all the increases they made in most of the steps before payment, which have some reasons behind).
Moreover, once I press the button to pay the fee, it normally rise up the price another time mentioning that 'the airline has just increased the price'! This is so weird that these happen every time that I am booking with eDreams!
In the last case that we booked a flight from Belgium to Italy (Catania), the airline suddenly changed the destination of our flight to another city in Italy (Palermo)! But eDreams has not informed us and our flight in their app still shows the previous version of our flight.
So, I will never book any flight with them again.

The worst website

I brought a ticket for my son to return home from England as l have cancer no where did it say he needed a visa, only to have to book new flights and he missed his connecting flight. Forms filled out no refund, don't use this website.

Purchased ticket from Washington DC to Barcelona to Mykonos to Amman and back to DC! Two tickets were confirmed and none of the other s were confirmed specifdical connecting flights. That was July 6th and still having problems as of today July 20th, 2023, The flight leaving August 13 from DC. I canceled within 24 hours because I never received confirmation and still waiting for refund. I purchased $126 insurance to allow me to cancel for any reason, of course it is a trap to rip you off! NO REFUND! After going thru hell to chat with them I was told my credit card was not accepted yet eDreams charged my credit card and received the money! My credit card Co. Informed me that they can not stop payment! Another trap from eDream they will tell you your credit card rejected yet my banf informed me that they never rejected any payment. They need to change eDream name to Real Nightmare! STAY AWAY from eDream PROOFBooking *******0143

E Dreams charged an unauthorized annual premium subscription from my bank account. When I wrote a complaint, they admit it and said they will refund it. However, after 5 weeks still nothing happened. I have taken legal measures and filed a lawsuit. Recommend the same thing for people with the same issue. This company is a fraud.
