This is first time I used this app and I like it,I will use all the time forever
I don't usually write online reviews, but I cannot remember the last time I have been so frustrated with a customer service experience. Back on June 27th (its August 3rd as I write this), I booked a trip for my daughter and then we realized the return trip date would need to be changed. The Prime agent I spoke with said the easiest thing would be to cancel and rebook the ticket (with proper dates) after a refund. At that time I was told the refund would come in TEN DAYS. Fast forward about two weeks and I still hadn't received anything. I called back, the agent assured me that I was new to the system and it wouldn't happen again and asked for an additional 3-5 days. I called AGAIN at the end of that span and was told 10 days again - which I then suggested was bad customer service. I got a call back AT MY OFFICE within the hour (this was at the end of last week) saying my refund would be expedited within 72 HOURS. Called back today and was again told "do not worry - you will get your refund in 10 days." TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! Caveat emptor
I really like this website, easy to book airline ticket. I will introduce to all my friends.

I booked a ticket from phoenix to Cleveland. And a ticket from Cleveland to phoenix. The ticket was denied from phoenix to Cleveland. But the ticket from Cleveland to phoenix was confirmed and booked. How am i supposed to even use the ticket from Cleveland to phoenix when i cant get to Cleveland. When a customer service rep. Told me that the first flight will be approved and it wasnt. Waisted all this time and stuck trying to get refunded for the other ticket. Horrible absolutely horrible

Almost everything was good, exept the part about travel insurance, it was not pointed out that 8,5e is insurance in one direction and if we pay insurance for flight and for our stay there, I dont understand why are we paying the same price for getting back

I have paid more to have free cancelation, and they don't let me cancel and have no local numbers for customer services. They robbed me, never buy here!
Since 2022 I am still waiting on a refund for my cancelled flight. I have been in contact many times and I am always told that the airline did not pay them back the money, so I am not getting my refund. This is shocking in itself and in customer service. There seems to be no one at all that is willing to look into this. After mail and trying to get someone on the phone, chats, I am not even put in contact with a manager. What kind of a scam are you running by keeping money of your customers and hoping they give up to claim what is theirs... All customers beware of this!

Buyers beware!
This travel website booked me on a flight and forgot to let me know the flight times and flight number were wrong. Luckily I checked with the airline the night before.
I asked them what would have happend if I had missed my flight and if they would have re - booked me or reimbursed me and the answer I got was, we are sorry but you have the right information now and there was a flight change. I asked again and got a similar response.
That tells me they were not willing to address the issue.
Bunch of cowboys would have kept my money if I had missed my flight Luckily The new flight was later and not earlier so that saved the day but imagine if I had turned up at the airport and they said the flight left 3 hours ago.
First and last time I use edreams and take a gamble with my money, my time and my flight!
Both Iberia and eDreams have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had ordered a plane ticket from Paris to Madrid and noticed within 5 minutes of the order that there was a mistake. My computer for whatever reason had switched my name to Jared Paul (my middle name) and not Jared Vigil (my actual name) with the autofill feature. Again, it was within 5 minutes of the purchase so I gave eDreams a call. I was told that they can only change 3 letters and that even my small last name of Vigil would not be allowed to be corrected. I was then told to call Iberia and see if they could do anything about it. Classic shifting the responsibility back and forth onto the other company and leaving the customer getting hit back and forth like a game of tennis. Iberia told me they could do nothing about it but their company would end up penalizing eDreams for not providing a good enough service. I doubt that will actually happen. I ended up calling each company back for a span of two hours probably trying to get this issue resolved. Eventually, I thought for sure my problem would be fixed when eDreams said they would be able to fix my problem if Iberia simply sent them an email saying it was okay to change my name. Apparently a simple email was too much to ask for as I was told Iberia doesn't send any information by email which is a total joke. How would anything get done at the company without using email as a way to convey information? They send flight confirmation emails, so a simple email with a few words saying "yes, you can change the name" doesn't seem like such a crazy ask. But no, just typical garbage customer service on both their ends. I eventually had to cancel my flight and rebook losing out on $90 of airfare for such a silly mistake. If you see these companies when trying to book a flight, turn the other way! They do not care about you whatsoever! #badcustomerservice #europetravel #european #EDreams #Iberia

Had to cancel my plane reservations and even though I paid fees for flex dates and cancellation, my refund was shorted $273. No explanation or details why, so emails are sent and I get automated replies. Can't access them via laptop, they insist on downloading their app. So, did that, and I get their bot - no live with to speak. According to my original reservation, they are about to close out my reservation, so I am trying to contact them before this happens.
Found them through the kayak.com website when I selected their air fares for a non-stop flight from Boise, ID to Las Vegas, NV. Not that far, shouldn't be too expensive or difficult, right? The price I selected/agreed was not the same when it came down to paying for it. They nickel & dime everything, i.e., pay for carry-on luggage, pay for an assigned seat, pay to check-in and misc. Fees. I would not recommend them and will not use them again. Buyer beware.

We have requested a change of booking for 5 days and have not received any response. Very deceptive on their flight insurance coverage. There was no flight price difference when we checked and it took them more than 5 days and after that they are charging $600 dollars more.
Purchased air tickets from E Dream and Airline declined to do check for us. Wasted almost £ 2000 whole trip air tickets and hotel booking. Contacted customer service for refund. EDream refused to refund. Edream only want your money and never provide any service.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
