Three years ago when I did the annual subscription with them, it was ok. Cheaper tickets than other sites and you could cancel the subscription very easily. Now it is a nightmare, if you don't pay attention they will take your money from the account every year for the rest of your life. Never do an annual subscription with them

Skyscanner prompted me to eDreams.com. I made a payment around $1000, first and the shortest segment of the 3 segment itenary was confirmed, however after a long wait the remaining longer flight 2 segments were declined. EDreams asked me to book new ticket for the declined 2 segments, they kept my $1000 dolar, I had to dispute via credit card company. It is a major headache. They work like a scam. I don't recommend them to anyone.
Update: instead of returning the money they received for the ticket they never sold, eDream is spamming me and asking me to remove my challange via my great credit card company.
I booked a round trip. The second trip failed. I didn't not receive the email that told me this. I found this out by going online to check the last name on file. The flight failed being booked on the 28th and it's now a week later and no refund was issued. ONLY reason a refund was requested is because I called in. So the flight failed and the money cannot be applied to another flight so WHY was my money held for a week and not refunded back to me right away? Or at all! I had to call in to even get this started. There is ONE flight left to get my son back home for school and I risk now missing that booking because I do not have my funds back yet! And I was told I have to wait 72 BUSINESS DAY hours to have a supervisor call me. That means it's Friday now and I won't get a call from someone until Wednesday?! This is HORRIBLE! Horrible experience! And I need my funds back asap to book the next flight immediately!
This company changed the currency after checkout resulting in an additional $1600+ over what we agreed to pay for the purchase. We called were told that we would get a complete refund for the mistake and then they kept 20% (almost $1700cnd). They are theifs and don't even have a toll free number to contact them to resolve issues. They charge you for the long distance call. Complete garbage customer service and a total scam of a company. Use at your own risk!

I made booking with edreams then edreams took money amount of $7731 from my card and they noticed Booking successful: eDreams Ref. #*******389, when I came airport and they said I never have ticket. I have been cheat. This is scam. Never have tickets but took my money. I need to get refund immidiately.

The worst booking company. I booked a flight and they didn't state online that is a charter flight. Then I was denied to get on board and once I contacted them, they asked me for a proof which what the hell? A proof of something you should have done it in advance before I book, their customer services sucks and no one helps at all. If you wanna lose your money, then use their servise
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
