EDreams has so many add on charges, it is better and less expensive to book directly with the airline. After booking with EDreams, I saw the airline website had a betting price for the same flight. EDreams promoted 24 hour full refund, but that is not true. They don't have a refund policy at all, only what each individual airline offers. Don't book with them; go to the airline website.

I booked the flight from this service going from Tokyo-Fukuoka. I ordered from USA, and it proceeded successfully at the first time. Then, couple days before the flight, they sent the email saying "We couldn't book the flight. Sorry for any inconvenience." If you say you've purchased the ticket in the process, at least keep that promise. Or let me know that you couldn't get it right a way.
Because of this, I had to book it myself using different service, and had to pay much more because it was closer to the flight date and ticket price goes up every single day.
I will never trust and use this service.

Worst company to deal with. They keep promising to find a resolution in 48 hours until you departure date then they say we don't have any resolution we can give you a refund. In the high season this refund would make nothing. And refused to book for Mr in any other flight
My recent experience with eDreams has been a complete disaster. I booked a flight from Rhodos to Tel Aviv for August 29th, 2023, through them in June. However, on August 3rd, the airline abruptly canceled the flight. To make matters worse, the cost of the tickets has tripled since then.
While the airline is offering tickets for a later flight, eDreams has been unhelpful. I spent 40 minutes on an international call with their customer service, achieving nothing. Three days later, they claimed the flight was full, yet I could still see tickets available on their website at a much higher price.
What's infuriating is that eDreams charged me for the flight immediately, but now they're holding onto my payment, claiming it's pending reimbursement from the airline, which could take three months. In the meantime, I have to find and pay for another flight.
After 15 years of using online travel agencies, this is easily the worst experience I've ever had. EDreams' lack of transparency and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. Steer clear of eDreams if you value your time and money.
All good with ticket purchase but eDreams is trying to charge me for Prime which I dont want. Am trying to cancel it and online customer service isn't helpful so far.
I booked a roundtrip non-,refundable ticket. I wanted to leave Manila for Puerto Princesa in the morning so that I will have a full day to enjoy Palawan since I will only be staying for 3 and 2 nights. I chose an afternoon flight from Puerto Princesa to Manila so that I can at least enjoy the pool in the morning of my 3rd day. Sadly though, a few hours after I paid for my tickets, I got an email from edreams saying that my flights were changed. I will now be leaving Manila late afternoon and will be arriving at Puerto Princesa in the evening of my 1st day. My returning flight to Manila is now in the morning which means I won't have the time to do anything on my 3rd day except eat breakfast and pack. So this means, I will only have 1 full day to spend vacationing. Such a waste of money for my hotel and flights.

It was worst experience booking a ticket through this web site. Do not book a ticket through this web site because they charge a agent fee even after you complete your journey. Always check your bank statement after you book a ticket with website.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
