Good service so far but I'm a little unsure about the attachment of Prime, and the necessity to join to retain discounted fare
The reservation process is clear, fast and with confirmation of all the bookings on e-mail.
I am content with the app and will continue to use it for the futute flights!

It was a good experience booking the travel with your agency, response on time and Im looking forward to make other reservations with this application.
First of all, I made a reservation for four people and paid extra to be able to change flights if necessary. I talked to a customer rep to verify this. When I went back to change the return date, I was told I would have to change it for all people and could not change it for just myself. Next I tried to change the return date for all four of us and I was told that I could not do that but instead had to buy four new tickets and they would reimburse me for the difference. When I asked how I would get reimbursed I was never given a clear answer. This is the worst company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They owe me 500$ refund money its been 2 months i still didn't receive anything, worst customer service agents worst support. I would rather stay at home for the rest of my life than to ever book anything with them again
I thought I was booking through the spirit website but I was directed to EDreams, third party vendor. They tacked on additional services and fees that added almost $200 to my flight. When I immediately called back (within 15 minutes of booking) they refused to give me a refund. Do not book here.

Today I booked a hotel room in Morocco for 12 nights and when I called the hotel the reservation didn't exist and the hotel is fully booked. I called eDreams and they gave me a locator number but again the hotel rejected it.I called again eDreams to raise a complaint,and I am waiting for their call this evening or tomorrow. In 2 days I have the flight to Morocco and I don't know what will be the conclusion with my holiday. On the check out day I have another flight and another location and now eDreams ruined everything
This was our first time using eDreams, and the process for ordering plane tickets to Japan was very convenient.

Not very good experience at all I had to pay for at least 3 international calls no toll free numbers agents not readily available or accessible terrible customer service is would not recommend using edreams based on my experience
Horrible subscription fee charge without notice. I got $69.99 charge to my account. And it's automatically subcription after using the website to buy a plane tickets. Then need to call the headquarters company overseas, they give me the wrong email to request for refund. What a scam!
I am happy so far with booking looking forward to having my holiday with eDreams in Istanbul hopefully I'll have a great experience so I can use their service again in future.

UPDATE: After filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, eDreams has finally provided a full refund, so I have upgraded my rating to three stars.
EDreams never refunded a flight that was cancelled by the airline. At first, they claimed the flight was never cancelled, despite my written proof from the airline that it was. Some agents claimed that I had to wait for the airline to refund the money and would promise direct call backs and updates to me by eDreams managers, none of which happened. When I called the airline, they were consistently clear that if I booked a flight with eDreams, then eDreams would have to refund me. For about 6 months I was told the refund was still "processing". Despite my many attempts to try and speak to management and make any progress forward, no solution could be reached. I was consistently told to wait another 7–10 days for things to process, and each time nothing happened. With phrases like "I will personally see to this issue" and "you can trust me to complete this job and call back tomorrow because I care a lot about your happiness and the stress this is causing you" they kept me going for quite some time. Some reps would give fake names and when I'd call back asking for them, nobody with that name was in the office. I spoke with approximately 10-12 different agents over the course of 6 months with a total of 20 hours of phone time.
This company lacks integrity and seeks to tire out their customers who have viable claims to refunds until they give up and decide the money isn't worth the headache. Booking any travel with eDreams should be avoided at all costs.
I found it easy to book but cannot seem to find out how to check in or what my luggage allowance is only says 2xbags 3kg does that mean 2x 23kg bags each way?

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
