I've used eDreams three times now to book tickets to Japan, and they've always offered an easy-to-use and search system to help me find the times I need. I'm impressed that the flights I find are always non-stop or with few layovers, and get me to Tokyo at a reasonable time to make hotel check-in.

I booked and paid £833.84 for a return ticket from London heathrow leaving in November 2023 and returning early January 2024 I received confirmation for the return ticket only but not for the outbound. I therefore phoned a number listed on several occasions for the missing ticket to be sorted but no joy. I tried sending emails but no luck there either. I was blocked, I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING "MESSAGE NOT DELIVERED "have contacted my bank about a refund and the case is being investigated.
Every good service easy I will recommend to all family and friends

So I'm edreams prime member. Bought ticket last minute ticket flying to London from Tel Aviv, they took the money but never issued my boarding pass therefore the airline didn't have any seats left. Shame on this type of third party company. Don't ever use them. Time wasters, impossible to reach them via the app, you can talk to a robot that doesn't transfer the message to anyone just goes in circles.
This is the first time I have booked a flighted with eDreams. After reading some bad and some good reviews. I always like to experience my own thoughts. I havnt actually been in the flight as yet so I really can not make a comment on the actual flight ect. But up to now with my booking details and everything it has all gone smoothly. I will make a review when I return in October

I signed up to edreams prime by accident and now when I go to my account I don't see the option to cancel. This is really bad

I booked two tickets and they advertised at a lower price then the airlines. Once I booked the tickets I get an email from the Airline that my tickets are booked that price with another charge from eDreams for $110.
For no reason instead of getting cheaper price tickets. I got charged $90 more then advertised at check out price. DO NOT BOOK WITH EDREAMS! PERIOD.

It was a connecting route fr LHR via Frankfurt to Nairobi, but on reaching Frankfurt the plane broke down and flight cancelled, then without explanation myself was booked to go through India and then on going to check in to India desk the staff said that I needed to have vaccination cert. I was stranded at the airport, although they finally booked me in an hotel my journey took me two days to reach Nairobi.
The booking transaction was smooth and easy to go through, especially where we needed multi airports on one round trip.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
