I have very good experience with edream
Trust and safety
Always they give me a good price for my airflight booked this is why will carry one
But this time they asking me to joint prime membership and next month will charge me 70 £
So I cancel my prime membership and I still have my ticket to flying

Since booking our flights from Naxos to London we have received countless emails telling us that we need to contact them in order to make sure we still have flights. Each time we have contacted them and spent at least 15 minutes on a phone que. Then when we try to check in we receive an email telling us we had not responded to an email (completely untrue) and our tickets are cancelled.
Absolutely disgraceful service. Do not book with this company unless you want to spend ages on the phone and have no flight at the end!
The customer services are excellent.
But I had a typo on my birthdate
And I assume I'm not the only one,
so I recommended on the option to change it.

Could have been less unnecessary details and adds, I was looking for flights only but the hotel deals kept popping up, which somehow made it annoying.
It was fast and smooth but too many upsells (seat, bag, prime support etc.) so it became annoying at some point. I understand that this is the protocol of a low cost airline but it would be better to consolidate it in a single package picker with 3 4 to 5 options

I appreciate to make your application to have ability to distinguish if there is two double reservation on ticket at same name and same flight and rout. In that case the second reservation will notify the user that the first reservation either confirmed or under process and what do you prefer? Continuer or change route or … etc.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
