I booked this flight early thinking I would get the time and stay over between flights as I wanted them. The time of the flight would suit us for transfer to the airport, I could book the seats that I wanted at a reasonable price, when we flew from Melbourne to UK we were given different seats, that was with a different airline. I just hope this does not happen again. When we have flown Emirates before we have been satisfied..

These Guys are suckers. They automatically log you in for Prime and store your card details for processing their Prime. If you end up finally checking your bank and realizing the membership fee being debited $89 and you try going to the Prime website and try canceling the Prime, these $#*!s don't make it easy as they won't let you find the Prime and you search and search trying to cancel prime and end up tired as there won't be any customer service contact info too and you get busy with your routines having not enough time to cancel prime. NEVER EVER BOOK USING EDREAMS. THESE ARE ROBBERS WHO STEAL HARD-EARNED MONEY FROM PEOPLE. To the Edreams - Beggars are better than you $#*!s, at least they beg but you $#*!ers steal.

I tried to cancel my booking after a few hours of purchase. The airline had a clear policy with a 24h money back.
E dreams claimed that I will take nothing back!
A bit difficult with looking for baggage on plane and the cost for baggage. Sent from site to site. Need more Information please. I was given a voucher code but it wasn't accepted?

Having found flights at reasonable rates I booked them but in my haste accidently put a middle name down in place of surname. I tried to change the name very soon after having booked & was told the airline wouldn't change it. I even paid extra at time of booking to cover any changes or cancellation. It seems this is out of eDreams hands therefore I find the advertising of taking extra insurances to cover these things Very Misleading. Then with no choice but to cancel the flight I'm told I won't get a full refund the whole things screams Scam to me as they now have all my personal information & my money!
I thought u were easy to.deal with.

Just like other 1000 people we bought flights tickets from edreams, the flight got canceled, we were promised a refund, 1 year later no refund arrived. Look on facebook EDreams Fraud 4k people,go to trustpilot and see the reviews. Hope i saved you your money and time.

After an accidentle cancellation of my booking and talking to someone so I could change the destination of it I was told no that it is impossible. I even have VIP status! What is the point of having VIP status when they can't change anything?! Overall bad experience would not recommend to anyone. Just lost $485 on this flight! Proof of purchase is when they look up the booking number.

I signed up for eDreams prime in the summer and decided I didn't want to renew it next year. The site warned me that my cancelling my subscription I would lose all my benefits as of my next flight. I had paid for the first 12 months in full and my expiry wouldn't happen until July 2024 (10 months from now).
I managed to talk to customer service and they confirmed that this was the case and I should just wait to cancel next year. They were forcing me to delay cancelling, this is an exploitative tactic that makes it more likely that I would forget to cancel at the last minute and be saddled with another period of billing. My decision about the next billing cycle should not affect my service in the current billing cycle.
It was most user friendly and utmost satisfying experience in booking my international travel plans

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
