Charged another year of service without my authorization. Somehow got my new card expiration date without my assistance and charged me! They even sent me a notification beforehand that my card was no longer valid—this was intentional on my part.
Additionally, while attempting to cancel subscription, the site repeatedly (6x) sent me to another page on which I had to move through questions asking if I really wanted to give up X, and I clicked yes cancel, and it would send me to yet another page and ask the same question another way. This is one of the sleaziest sites to cancel.
Hands down the worst travel experience of my LIFE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Horrible customer service. Will take your money and not provide the service promised.
We booked and paid in full for a car rental in St. Johns. We are travelling we an infant and toddler so have car seats / a stroller etc. meaning we were counting on this car. Upon arriving in St. Johns late, due to a changed flight time, we found the rental location had no cars left. They gave us a business card to call in the morning.
We called in the morning and were told we wouldnt be able to get a car until Monday morning, when we leave on Tuesday. We're now stranded for 7 days at our air bnb because we're not in a walk-able location (again, we thought we'd have a car) and E-Dreams is saying 'they understand, but there's nothing they can do because we agreed to the terms'
Long story short, we paid for a service, didn't recieve it, and they're refusing a refund because of the fine print. There are also no other cars available to rent because it's peak tourist season.
On top of it all the customer service agents are absolutely useless. Once you DO finally get ahold of them they just keep repeating 'we understand but our hands are tied, it's all in the fine print.' They are rude and completely unappologetic. It's clearly all scripted.
Pay a little extra and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these scammers.
Y is operated by bunch of scammers. They kept promising me to send me my refund that never happened. They have $540 of my money. Their back office is run by bunch of foreigners in India or somewhere cheap.i have all the docs to prove why case. They don't have a direct customer service unless you have a case no so you cant get any managers
I did a my ticket, it was three connection flights and airport didnt check in me because they told me you other flights are not confirmed even i talked them there are saying talk to airline we can do anything if we are getting ticket from you guys then why are you running travel agency. Fake and they scammers
Please dont book any ticket from e dreams as they are fraud and they are not refunding the amount to there customer. I book a flight and cancle the same 3 days before but still my refund is pening from last 2 years and i am suffering in same situation from. Day 1.
Booked a flight to Chicago, airline and hotel. When arrived to the hotel, the hotel was very dirty. On website it said it was very nice. The hotel allows dogs and I am allergic to dogs. So I searched for Edreams phone #, as I needed to speak to someone quickly, and couldn't find any phone number or quick answers. So I had to book another hotel due to it was raining and needed something asap. Horrible website. Don't recommend it for

They lay telling that LION AIR does not makes refunds on tickets when they do. EDreams does not want to cancel my airflight ticket in order not to get the refund from Lions Air.
Booking with eDreams couldn't have been any easier. I'm not traveling directly from the uk. But meeting a friend in another country first before continuing my journey to Barbados. So booking was a little more complicated than normal. Thanks very much for making this booking less complicated.

EDreams is the biggest crook in the travel business with which I have had the misfortune of becoming involved! Don't put any faith in their website policies because they do not follow them. Their stated policy is to fully refund airline reservations within 24 hours, however they charged me $54.54 for a cancellation made within minutes of the reservation. The airline refunded the fare the same day it was made and it took weeks for eDreams to refund that fare to me and only after numerous phone calls and emails. They are a foreign (non-US) provider and not, therefore generally, bound to US law. If they sucker you into the Prime offer, you will only be able to cancel with dozens of calls and emails before additional charges show up on our credit card. This was a very disappointing experience and I hope I save you from the same.
Be careful not trustworthy website, it will charge you after purchasing as a prime member which I never sign up for prime member they charged for $59.99 Prime membership that I never requested or signed up for. Unable to cancel subscription either through the website or android app.
Please don't use this website this is a fishing and froaud all.
Even checking in with you on line when we arrived at the airport for online check in they said we have not checked in on line so a 10 euro charge as it did not show on their computer not a happy chap to say the least

Well I could not figure out how contact you to cancel the "trial" membership so I hope I can realize some savings again before it expires now that I paid for it.
Looked for flights to Scotland good flight times available etc, bigger weight allowed for baggage, all good

They are not giving my money back! I and trying to take this to court. Someone going to jail if my problem is not solved… I am not stopping going after this company until I get my $256.00! They will owe me more for pain and suffering and the wait when I get done with them watch! So I advise they give me my money asap!
I booked my ticket on edream for west jet on July 4,2023. I was charge twice one showing to westjet and the other to edream Barcelona. I only made one purchase and got confirmation for the only one. I cancelled my flight because of the duplicates and I would like to recover both amount. I can not get through to an agent on edream to resolve this issue
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
