Mobile price significantly higher than online website price. Told by customer service this would resolve itself and it didn't. Asked for price guarantee, screenshotting every single page of the booking process and now told that the price is higher after several days. What a joke.

Easy to book however the price match against cheaper deals elsewhere is hard to organise. I have sent over print screens and the customer service team keep asking for more information but theres not much more i can send without making a booking with the cheaper website
