After booking air fares through a free trial of a Prime membership I tried to cancel the membership to avoid being charged, but that proved impossible. There is no option to unsubscribe online or through the app that I downloaded. I tried asking via a chat system - it didn't work. I dialed the international hotline and was put on hold for half an hour with nobody ever picking up. This looks like some sort of a scam that forces a paid membership on people.

EDream think of all the necessary information I need for my trip. Once the proper arrangements made you don't have to worry about nothing else.
I had to book last minute flights to a remote location. I got a great deal with Prime and was able to make tickets flexible for a reasonable price. It was not easy to change flights. I was unable to do ot online or in app. I had to call and wait. I just hope I don't have any delays or cancellations.

I booked a Bucharest–Budapest trip through edemas in June 24. At checkout, the site automatically enrolled me in a membership I did not intend to obtain, and I did not see a clear consent prompt for this add-on. About USD 69.99 was charged to my card roughly one year later. I did not receive any email notification about the membership expiration or the upcoming charge. I notified the company and asked to cancel and refund, but they refused. I am disputing the charge with my card issuer and sharing this experience to warn other travelers and discourage this signup practice.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
