My experience from New York to Atlanta was good but after I got to Atlanta my luggage had a missing bag and the process to report it was very difficult and after that I needed help to find the next area of transfer to the next flight the flight was delayed for more than 6 hours I did not receive a boarding pass for that flight so they had to verify that I belonged on the flight by this time I was tired and very hungry I am 65 years old this was very difficult to deal with all these issues

On August 7th, I purchased a flight ticket through Kayak, managed by eDreams, to travel from Cancun to Tampa on August 9th. The flight was with Volaris but operated by Frontier. From the start, my name never appeared on the booking. I called eDreams customer service and they told me not to worry, claiming they would fix it and that I should wait until one hour before departure because "these airlines pass the booking at the last minute." This never happened—my name was never on the reservation, and I couldn't board the flight. When I requested a refund, they simply told me to contact the airline myself. This company takes no responsibility, offers zero customer support, and leaves customers stranded. Avoid eDreams at all costs. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and scam-like in the way they handle bookings. Do not trust this travel agency.

It was really easy to book the airtickets through eDreams online sevice. I have registered for the premium and got discount of 140 EUR. I will continue buying future flights with the same discount further.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
