I wasn't eager to travel again by boat from LasPalmas to Tenerife. Flight is cheaper and youll be closer to puerto de la cruz when you land in Tenerife Norte.

Please I am from the Netherlands. It has been my first time I booked a trip for my own. I think I had to much emails from edreams with merchandising. Please stop stalking me with that.
They unable to assist on anything, I booked last minute flight, they ask me wait confirmation for 24 hours! HORRIBLE COMPANY KEEP AWAY
DO NOT USE eDREAMS.NET. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW I GOT SIGNED UP WITH THESE SCAMMERS. NORSE AIRWAYS MUST HAVE SIGNED ME UP. THEY TRY TO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. GOOGLE THEIR CONTACT NUMBER AND MAKE THESE SCAMMERS CANCEL YOUR PRIME MEMBERSHIP. THEY ARE WORTHLESS SCUM

I had one price quoted, but as I bought it, it changed to a higher price.
EDreams are frauds and crooks. They sold me a ticket on a flight that does not exist. They took almost $500 of my money-and I have now had to spend another $650 to get a last minute replacement ticket as I connect back to Australia tomorrow. I had booked an airport hotel-another $350- which I can not cancel as it is too late. EDreams are crooks and frauds. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. The image attached is for a flight they sold that DOES NOT EXIST.
Very good so far. The booking was easy and the fair was also good. I received confirmation immediately. The website ia user friendly.

I've been trying for almost 2 weeks for my sons ticket to be changed cause he needs an escort. But they seem to be incompetent! Just annoying!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
