Lts my first time using it so i will tell after l travel for now i think its not bad.
I have mobility problems, use a walking stick and can't walk very far, so require wheelchair assistance to negotiate mu way through airports. I couldnt find anywhere to apply for assistance on your web page.I'd be most grateful if you could rectify this.

All pretty simple and straightforward except that I had to get the 30 days prime trial before I could continue with my booking. Also have not received flight tickets yet but I am sure that you will email them to me in good time Thank you

Book hotel with edreama. Terriblwme experience. Th e room was 31 mts. When got there not even 3 mts. I had to call to send pin room number. Terribleserv of hotel WYZ attiki hotel Athens. Ugliest neighborhood.dirty room dirty would fit ib bathroom. EDREAMS ONLY wants the porcentage thwy get. Dont care foe client. The adm of hotel which never saw rude because noone in the hotel. They only deceive clients

Tried to add baggage while I was booking. It said I could after I confirm booking. Did that, now I can't add baggage. Probably going g to have to pay a small fortune at the airport. Plus then I get an email saying I'm a prime member now and your going to charge my 75 euro next month. I don't think so. I will be cancelling that.

It's that if I go with the slightly higher price I get no hassle re-booking, and easy changeof plans,so i do it annd then you want more money or its non refundable. Then more $ to not sit in the middle, and more to have a carry on. It was so much better before companies lost their morales.
Well put together trip with short layover hopefully not too short as I have missed other flights due to delays.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
