I received booking info, but no info on ticket issuance by the carrier. If you would have provided that it would have been perfect. I had to call carrier to get that info. FYI: Booking means nothing if carrier doesn't issue tickets for the booking. This happened to me once and it took 3 days to get it straightened out.
It was simple to consult the flight offers according to my settings and find the most suitable.
The company has a good selection of flights and deals, and I managed to get the deal I wanted within a few minutes. However, it then took me over 20 minutes to navigate the online booking system without adding extras to my bill. Every page asked me to add more luggage, or book an expensive seat or add travel insurance or add a hire car or add a hotel room or add automatic check in etc etc the list is endless. Persevere and you will get a good deal but be careful not to add extras you don't want.

Quickly recived my flight details after booking. Everything seems to be fine expect my flight cannot be checked on the airlines site since I booked here and not directly with them. Otherwise good service
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
