It was an informative site that help me to book my travel but I haven't received yet the invoice of my travel expenses!
I made the booing today so I'm a little confused on November 16, unless that was the plane ticket I booked to get to Mykonos.
It was very easy to book the flight and the information is very clear.
The website was easy to navigate, and I found the perfect flight options within minutes.
It's a fantastic experiment with you for booking to travel and I'll always deal with you when I'm about to travel thank you very much

When I froze the ticket for three days, this was the option including one onboard 10 kg bag. Once the ticket was issued, I got into the LATAM site to review, and the bag was not included. Then changing my original selection.

I booked the flight to Athenes via EDreams. Strengely, that price was changed few times, during I doing the booking.

2nd review about same booking. Baggage allowance during booking process was misleading. I was contacted by Prime Customer Care after last review. I had two emails from them saying they'd added the disputed carry-on to my booking and if I get charged at check-in, they'll reimburse me. Super service (I even emailed to thank them!) BUT a few days later an email from a different agent said carry-on isn't on my booking and I should contact the airline to add it and will not be paid back. I followed this with a phone call. This agent said the same and wouldn't even acknowledge the original email saying it had been added.
"Customer Care" needs to get their act together and not contradict each other. Really bad business practice.

Booked a flight showing hand luggage only. Confirmation showed personal item only ie: a handbag or small laptop only. Would like to have cancelled the whole thing but was told its non refundable. Now have to pay extra for a carry-on. If it was clearer I'd have bought a better ticket to include everything.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
