Took only 5 minutes for process and get the car friendly staff still waiting for my 200 refund but i believe to get it in 3 business days will keep renting from them. Update took one day to get my 200 back to those who say they dont get the deposit mayb because you damage the car. But you do get the deposit back

I think our agent's name was Will. He got us a car in less than 10 minutes. I was a bit nervous at first because of how busy they were but Will was efficient and courteous and got us on our way for our road trip!

This is the best possible place to rent a car. The service is great and everyone who works at this EconomyBookings location is fantastic. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Friendly staff, process of renting a car was easy and fast. Literally was there for less than 20 minutes. Also be aware that there is street construction in the area and if you are returning a car it can be a bit of a challenge to enter the garage with the flow of traffic.

I just never thought, I would experience this... Every time before, I have rented a car, I have just felt, that the only thing the car-rental-company was up to, was to cheat me...

Absolutely the best customer service amongst all of EconomyBookings location. I have been a customer of EconomyBookings for over 10 yrs but again i was so content with the Customer Service.

These guys are always excellent. Efficient and courteous. Garage door was closed when I returned car at appointed time of 3pm, but there was an employee waiting outside explaining the owner was delayed by traffic.

The customer service there is pretty top notch. The key is going there in person. I believe they treat you better at the store as opposed to over the phone. There was a problem with the original car I rented and they swiftly swapped it out without any fees or barely any time wasted.

I've been a EconomyBookings customer for over 10 years and have never had any complaints. However, this location definitely gets 5 stars. The hospitality, professionalism, and regard for your time needs to be mentioned. The staff and branch manager Christine are the best. My experience at this location has definitely made this my go-to location when I need a rental.
