I went to this EconomyBookings office as the Wallington office only had tiny or huge cars. This office, with its limited parking and prior reservations, gladly helped me exchange the Chevy Tahoe for a much more reasonably sized vehicle.

The best car rental in the area. They'll pick you up from your location and drive you to their location and vice versa. We often used their service when we rented a car to go on vacation somewhere.

On July 22nd my wife and I rented a car through this company with insurance. When we arrived to pick up our car we were told that economy bookings insurance was fraudulent and would not cover us should anything happen to the car. We attempted multiple times to contact economy bookings, however, each time the representative was rude and dismissive. I would steer well clear of this God forsaken company. Frauds and liars at the very best.

For all on social media you will know about the deceitful practices of EconomyBookings.com. I booked a vehicle at the request of my mother who I was going to visit in Florida. After a few days she decided that the rental car was unnecessary so I canceled the reservation. Then I received an email from EconomyBookings saying that I would receive a refund within 90 days. After 60 days I sent an email asking about the refund. When I didn't hear back I disputed the charge with my credit card company, Capital One. I have dealt with this credi card company for 25 years and they have always been honest and aboveboard. EconomyBookings told Capital One that they refunded the full amount back to my card. The refund has not showed up! I only use this one card for all of my travel expenses. There was no way to contact the car rental company as they do not answer their phone. This company not only lied to me but also to Capital One. As a mater of principle I will continually post on all social media how 3they ripped me off. Everyone will know and be careful not to do business with them.

I booked a car and the total cost $130.00 for one way and economy booking sent me the booking number with invoice over $380.00 that they included not returning the Sam location. I called them to cancel my reservation less that 48hrs and they told me that they have to charge me $60.00 for the cancellation. This is scam please do not book through this company. Also, customer support is horrible.
