Gestern habe ich den von mir gemieteten Wagen abgegeben. Die online Anmeldung, Abholen und Abgabe waren sehr bequem. Das Auto war ganz neu mit 0km, mit guter Ausstattung und zu fairem Preis. Das allerwichtigste- die Mitarbeiter in dieser Filiale waren sehr freundlich und gleichzeitig sehr professionell.
I have booked a car through them and need to extend the booking to comply with covid regulations. I have emailed twice and spent 15 minutes on hold and cannot reach anyone. If I cancel I will get charge 75 euros.

Here is the story: they accepted my visa card online for a car rental, but the shop itself didn't accepted when they asked for a deposit, so they cancel my reservation.
Bookingeconomy took the money even after the marchand has cancelled my reservation. (have a proof of cancellation)

Never rent through this company, Rent direct from the car company and save yourself the headache. Completely unwilling to help with changes. I pre-paid for my rental, flight was cancelled, rebooked next day, flight came in late again. I had phoned to update my pick up times, they wouldn't extend past the 24hr mark of original pick up, so I phoned the car company directly (Thrifty) and they were willing to help and honor the rest of the booking, but because it was through a 3rd party (economy bookings) they just had to agree to allow thrifty to change the booking. They refused to do this, they won't let you speak to a person in their support department, only email them and tell you it can take up to 27 days for a response! All on a PRE-PAID booking! I wasn't even looking for compensation for the days I missed, just the rest of my paid days to be honored. Rude staff on their phone line as well. Would NEVER use again, and would definitely tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY from 3rd party bookings, especially this company

I am renting Cars since an Year from EconomyBookings many offices and found best service in Lion Airport. I found whole team really kind but specially Mr. Noorulhaq, Azizi was the Person who provided me excellent service and always given me the right car of my booking.
Decided to drive to Switzerland as flight prices from Frankfurt were ridiculously expensive. At short notice went the extra mile to accommodate. Got a great car and a full tank for a third of the flight price.
I rented car for nearly 30 days and picking up and returning was easy and staff was helpful. Returning car Maiwald had helped me and was very informative and helpful.
I was having booking in other Company but I missed my flight and come to Frankfurt Airport. There is a lots of companies but all of them tried to give me no reasonable pries and guide me wrong. I found EconomyBookings Disk and Mr Azizi, Noorulhaq was really helpful and given me the right Car.
I recommend EconomyBookings over all other car rentals in the area. Have nothing but praise for EconomyBookings and Mr. Gien.

If you're thinking of using this Co during covid times Beware! We had to cancel due to Covid restrictions and we're issued with a voucher When we tried on many attempts to use the booking using their voucher it shows as invalid. This renders their so called voucher completely useless!

This is the worst company I have ever booked with and never will again. They offer no assistance when they mess something up and make it very hard to get in touch with them for a reason. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Anyone else!

Today this company stole my money. We booked a car rental with a quoted price of $44 per day for 6 days. I entered my credit card to pay and it came back as a rental for only 1 day@ $147. I got no satisfaction upon calling them directly immediately after making the transaction.
I want to sue them. Not for the $147, but for every such fraudulent transaction they have committed which, I gather, is voluminous. A class action lawsuit could address the entire class of defrauded customers. You need 10 people to file a class action suit on behalf of the entire class of defrauded customers. Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
