The car was fine. The car rental place was fine. My airline changed my return flight and I had to leave a day early. Everyone told me just bring the car back on the day I was leaving and everything would adjusted. So not true, read the fine print. I even called customer service and they told me the say thing. It is just approx. $60.00 but it is the principle of that I was lied to. I would suggest either cancelling and rebooking or just booking each day separate so that you can cancel any extra days w/o cancelling your whole reservation.
I was not able to complete a booking online so I had to call their customer service. The representative who helped me complete the booking for me. The service when I picked up my car was very good. The car provided was in excellent condition.
Easy to book and prices were better than going directly with the car rental company. I've rented two different times with EconomyBookings and everything went very smoothly.
First time using EcoBookings. Stress free car rental. Unfortunately my booking didn't show up in their phone app but otherwise all good. Voucher email was received within minutes and car rental pickup was all smooth. Would rent again through Eco.
Had a voucher issued from covid days. I enquired how to utilise it as there is no redemption box on there site. They gave me instructions which I followed and ended up paying for the car full price.
Have emailed the company several times but they really don't care, just keep repeating to follow the link, yes….the link has no redemption box. I guess you get what you pay for….pay cheap and get cheap.
The customer service is terrible. I tried to move my booking and they canceled it. Now I am being charged the full amount. To avoid trouble, I tried to use my original booking. They won't let me use it now that its canceled. I am currently in duspute for the charge for services I was never provided. I recommended using a creditable business that is honest.

Convenience is always the top priority. Location of car rental counter must be visibly located, registration done and easy collection of car. Also for return of car, it was very convenient and the car key was dropped at the box. Very convenient.
I can only describe my car rental experience with EconomyBookings as a complete SCAM. Undisclosed fee illegitimately charged to my credit card. ZERO support available by phone. Numerous attempts to resolve by email IGNORED. Eventually found a direct email address for their Head of "Customer Care" - STILL IGNORED. Now having to pursue as a fraud claim with my credit card provider. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We rented on their website for an economy car in Cabo. The rate on their website stated $16.49. When we arrived at the rental site they said the total price would be $580.00. Buyer beware! Use a different provider. Also, if you need additional confirmation, look them up on Better Business Bureau.

Great service except for the pick up location contact details given was wrong. I have to actually go there to pick up the car as suppose a shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport. Apart from that everything else is good.
From the airport pick up in the middle of the night to the hassle free pick up and drop off and the staff friendlyness I really couldn't complain at all.
Pls. Don't go anywhere near this site even though it might show competitive prices or cheaper prices.
I did a booking last month (Oct 2022) via their site and of course made the full payment as it was asking... My booking reference is B*******. A few mins later the car rental shop (SxT) called me and told that they dont have cars available for me! He also told that the economybookings website is showing incorrect inventory of their shop! They asked me to cancel the booking!
Before cancelling I called up the customer support of economybookings and they too promptly asked me to cancel the booking from my end and then request for refund. I followed all the steps as per the customer service representative until I completed the cancel transaction.
Once your booking is cancelled, there is no way to reach the customer support on phone! The only way is to send them an email. I had sent an email and followed it up 3-5 times to get one response after close to a month! All they could tell me is that they can't refund the money and they show their cancellation clauses!
I am appalled to see their level of customer support and timeliness in attending to such a complaint. I had not availed a car, but I had paid a full rental for 3 days because of their mistake! Till date there is no one from economybookings who cares to address the issue!
I will have to consider giving this 400 Euros as alms to economybookings site!

We booked and paid Economybookings in July '22 for a rental car to be picked up in September at Bologna Airport. We arrived at the Goldcar counter - waited an hour for only 4 guests waiting ahead of us - and discovered that they had given all cars away. There was a big event in Verona that weekend and car prices skyrocketed with demand - so no one had cars left in their rental fleets. We were very upset to learn we could not get a car we had paid for as this threw our plans off considerably! Goldcar apologized and assured us that Economybookings would refund us... 'just contact customer service'. 5 weeks later Economy Booking advise us that 'since we did not show up, no refund would be issued'. WTF? We showed up... we told them we showed up... we waited over an hour after showing up... but yeah, that's their story. We are now pursuing this through more legal means to recuperate our losses. What a sad situation to have to fight for something we genuinely paid for?!?! BE VERY CAREFUL if you choose to book with this nefarious company!

My 80 year old mother, sister and I had a trip planned to Charleston SC. We had all of our reservations made and we were so excited. Hurricane Ian was due to hit during our stay. Our resort advised us not to come. Our resort gave us our money back. Our parking refunded our money. The horse drawn carriage refunded our money. The airlines gave us credit. The only business not to do ANYTHING for us was EconomyBookings.com My husband and I have been good customers in the past however, I will NEVER book with them again! They may have kept my money but, I'm the process lost my business. I feel they are VERY unethical. My advise is renter beware.

I paid it twice and the car rental company in Athens Abbycar rental did not admitted economybooking insurance so i paid an insurance with a deposit again

Through Economy bookings I hired a car from Wizcar in Rhodes (Greece) for 1 week.
Wizcar charged me an extra fee - not agreed upon or even adviticed in advance - that increased the total cost app. 50%!
This fee was aledged to be for having opened for pick up efter 21 o'clock... but they served other customers at the same time as us. This fee was never agreed and had I known about it, I would have cancelled this booking (being much un-competitive in total cost).

Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
