Car was very clean, very new. Airport shuttle service was very good, very quick, efficient, professional. Staff was very helpful, friendly. Nice throughout the experience.
Have an issue Just waited an hour to get the car as long queueing of customers to collect the car midnight as staff took very long to deal a customer which probably has an issue. The other staff should have accommodated other customers instead of waiting.
Security Deposit money is too high and only acceptable on credit card. I rented car from Italy, Switzerland, Germany France they accepted debit card and security deposit is between €400 to €500.
Returning car processing was quick, staff did really great job. Very curteous.
Rest of the things are really very nice.

I booked a car with them and I needed to cancel, I called and was told that I will get most of my money back and I got nothing. Naver again.
We went at the pickup date and time. Not only did we have 600$ in extra fees (which we were fine to pay), they did not accept the card as the name was name embossed on the front. The car company refused to accept a different credit card with the same name. We spent 3 hours trying to deal with this situation but finally could not even pick up a car. We called Economy Booking right away and after one month of being in process, they refused to refund our money.
Stay away at all costs from this third-party booking company.

I never write reviews, however people need to be forewarned. If you make reservations they immediately take payment from your account and if you cancel, you will not be refunded your money nor will you be able to contact them as their customer service number tells you your calling outside of business hours even when calling during business hours. I highly recommend making reservations through Priceline, Expedia, Orbits or another well known reliable site or directly through the rental company as they do not charge you when making the reservation, only at time of pick up. It may coast a few dollars more doing so but it'll actually save you from paying 100's of dollars for nothing but a reservation.
Economy bookings gets a -10 stars from me in every area!

Good price, everything went smooth, recommended to pay for full cover and road assistance as in the car rental front desk is 3 times more.
Our flight was delayed and my husband contacted them that our flight was delayed but they are claiming that they have no record of that contact and they are not responsible for any changes in flight schedule. We arrived at the car rental company after our delayed and they had a car for us, however, EconomyBookings never transferred any of the money we paid them to the car rental company as they can canceled our reservation. The biggest problem is that they have NO customer support. There is a number to call on their website but it is just a front, if you are calling about a post booking request they just tell you to fill out an electronic form. I called 4 times and was not able to talk with a person. They kept our approximately $450 and did not fulfil their end of the deal and pay the rental car company.

I booked a convertible on Kauai for nine days, December 2-11. I received a convertible as expected, booked via Thrifty. EconomyBookings was considerably cheaper than any other provider I could find, including Costco, Amex Travel, T-Mobile Travel, and even Turo. I also earned $10 cashback by going through SimplyBestCoupons.com. I'll definitely be using this service again.
I was quite pleased with my rental car booked through economy bookings and Thrifty Rental Cars on Maui in Hawaii. Good quality cars, fast friendly service at airport pick up and drop off. I will book rental cars using Thrifty again in future
El pasado 11 de junio contraté un vehículo a través de Economy Bookings y, tras la retirada del vehículo, falleció un familiar directo de mi acompañante por lo que tuve que devolver el coche antes de que transcurriese la mitad del período de alquiler. Ese mismo día se lo comuniqué a Economy Bookings poniendoles en antecedentes y poco después les envié toda la documentación que me pidieron (documentos de identidad, certificado de defunción,...). Pasado un tiempo más que prudente (unos 100 días) les envié un email para saber como estaba el expediente, a lo que me contestan con un escrito tipo, absurdo, en el que me indican "Your case B******* is being investigated" y que su objetivo es resolver su caso de 5 a 28 días. Les envié varios emails más y siempre me responden con la misma carta tipo, estúpida. Lo cierto es que han pasado más de 6 MESES desde que se produjo la incidencia y todavía no han resuelto el caso. Supongo que lo que quieren es que me aburra y desista de la reclamación. O bien son unos incompetentes o unos estafadores o bien ambas cosas.
Jamás alquilar un vehículo a través de Economy Bookings pues si tuviese algún percance, su atención al cliente es nefasta.

I rented twice from Econmy Bookings in Aug and also twice in Sept. Only two problems were that when I rented I did not receive a confirmation for more then 24 hours. Worried I went back online, didn't see anything so I booked another reservation. On my trip I found out I double paid and Hertz-Thirify could not credit my account. I had a very busy trip and needed to call Economy bookings a few times as I could not get though over a three day period and finally got to talk with someone. It took over a week to get my money refunded but I did get it. The other problem was that Economy bookings that I thought was a USA comp[any is not so when I was changed by my credit card, I had to pay Foreign Transaction Fees. I have also rented from them a couple years ago. For me besides the extra fees and also the insurance, which is a third party company that could be a problem here in the USA (?) stated to me by Thrifty rent-a-car - I think Economy Booking is great and their prices are wonderful. Booked a prepaid car from this company right before Christmas through Priceline. When I got to the Thrifty car rental counter I find that my card company flagged the charge as fraud and the cost is showing as "pending." I notify my card company and they remove the flag. I then call Economy Bookings and find their business closed with no one to help resolve the situation from their end (the "pending" and not processed charge for the prepaid rental). I then contact Priceline. Priceline tries to contact them as well but is also unsuccessful. Priceline then cancels the reservation so that I can rent from another company. Despite the cancelation and valid dispute, Economy Bookings charged my card for the week long rental and has refused to refund my money. Do not be a victim of paying for a good or service you did not receive as I have been. I am still fighting to have this charge removed from my account! They do not deserve your business!

The car was as you would expect for a new model. Really nice to drive. All the extras such as heated seats, cruise control automatic transmission drive and braking whilst in cruise control would have this car again. My only criticism was expensive for excess insurance when I had paid already for fully comp.
There was no customer service. Tried calling. Closed. Used on line contact. Said to call. Asked hours customer service is open. No answer. Tried calling again. No answer. Kept seeing lower prices for same rental. There was even one in my email. Others seen in ads on Facebook and in other company ads. Most were about $90 to $100 cheaper. Did receive upgrade from car rental company. But stood in line over an hour to get waited on. I am handicapped person and had no place to sit while waiting. That wasn't Economy Bookings doing that was at Thrifty rental office.
I took out full coverage insurance with Economy bookings. The windshield of the hire car cracked during the hire period. After discussion with Economy bookings I paid for the repair at $434 directly and after returning the hire car I submitted the claim on line around 21st October 22. Now,it is 27th November and I have received no response or acknowledgement to my claim. It is impossible to speak / receive e-mail responses from anyone who deals with claims. Use this company at your peril!

Rented and paid online for a small SUV, Peugeot 2008 or similar, in Calama, Chile. The rental company was AVIS. When I arrived at the counter, no such cars were available at this AVIS, not even that they were already rented, they didn't have them in stock. Asked the AVIS employees to send an email to these scammers and I sent one of my own. They kept asking for more information: boarding pass, proof I was physically there at the time the rental started, credit card and so on. After a couple of months passed they kept making excuses and so on, obviously to let the charge back time window expire.
They are THIEVES, there's no other way to look at it. All these overwhelmingly positive reviews must be paid for, it makes no sense from my experience.
All in all, save yourself some trouble, pay a little bit more in reputable sites or even better do a reservation beforehand with the car rental company and pay on the spot with your card, unless you want to lose U$S360 like I did.

Everything was ideal.bargain price and economical car.overall I would suggest this company. All good.
I rented a car for 2 days@$23/day. However, the total charges came to $116. I made sure i removed all the "extras" when i booked so couldn't understand where all the extra charges come from. I was careless not paying attention to the final charges when i provided the credit card info. So i went back to their site using a figtitious name to make a similar booking for 2 days to find out how that could've happened. Photo 1 shows daily rate of US$16.52, but underneath in small light print, it shows total $98.91. So i continued to process the booking to see what charges were added onto the daily $16.52. On the 2nd photo, the price summary simply stated "price, taxes, and FEES?!!totalling $98.91. The next page, photo 3, added another processing fee of $3.11. The total 2 days rental came to $102.02. Instead of the $16.52/day+reasonable fees & taxes, it's a whopping $51/day! Very clever SCAM if one doesn't pay close attention!

Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
Answer: A complete shambolic company that cons people out of money!
