We arrive at the airport around 3 pm to pick up a recent booking, the employee told us that they can afford a car for us until 10 pm. I called to cancel my reservation and the person told me that the number confirmation does not exist and she email me a new one. I was telling them that I wanted to cancel my reservation, but in order to do that I had to send an email to an address that does not exist. I try called 3 times and they did not pick up the phone, after that I called at night and they told me that the "new confirmation number" does not exist in their system. Worst services ever! I solve using the help in their website and not gave me a complete refund.

I had a good experience overall using the economy bookings. I did call the rental car company after booking to confirm they received the same details and it was confirmed so I felt better about using them for the first time. I printed my vouchers and brought them in and didn't have a problem. I have already referred economy bookings to a few others and recommended they use them for better rates and affordability. I would recommend again. I just hope they are able to keep rates low and remain affordable.

I had booked a car reservation for 2 weeks with them. When I pickup my car the company did not accept the canadian insurance. That was the first time I have this issue. I read the term and conditions and nothing was written about Canadian insurance. They mentioned Puerto Rico but not Canada. I called economy booking because it was an extra of 250$ on the lease! They were unable to find me another rental location at the same price and I had to pay the 250$. So what ever is in the term and conditions, they don't care.

We had booked a car reservation through EconomyBookings.com due to death in family. Travel restrictions caused a problem and we tried to cancel this reservation. Every time I tried to call the number, they were closed ( they are in another country). The website said to go to your reservation and click cancel button. NO BUTTON EXISTS. When I finally got through to a person, they wouldn't let me even shorten the contract by ONE DAY. NEVER AGAIN!

The EconomyBooking service is a shame. I will never use anymore this service.
I have asked econnomybookink to pick up the car earlier from 6:30PM to 10AM. I had to wait 4 hours in the air port. The car was available but the econnomybooking staf does not want to ask hertz to give me the car before 2PM. But econnomybooking still charge me 1 additional day. Perhaps they wait the afternoon to not pay Hertz this additional day they charge me.

This reservation was booked for business and when the flight was delayed and I called to cancel the reservation because the car company rented from wasn't open when the plane got us there I was told I was being transferred to be hung up on twice. I then called back sit on hold for over 6 minutes and was transferred directly to a survey line with no human every speaking to me. This happened on 2 seperate calls. I have put in an email request and was told it takes 7-10 days. I guess we will dispute on the company card when the bill arrives.

The sole purpose of this company is to rip off unsuspecting customers looking for affordable rental offers. The whole concept is to scam you into a seemingly affordable car rental, however once you arrive at your destination and try to get the car that you booked using EconomyBookings, the car rental service in charge denies any connection to this scamming site and offers a horrendously overpriced car with an insane insurance cost. Last summer we booked a VW Golf with full insurance coverage for a few days in Barcelona using EconomyBookings, however, having arrived in Barcelona the rental service GOLDCAR (which is probably also a part of the scam) denied the fact that we've made and fully payed our reservation. As you can imagine, we refused to pay the insane amount that GOLDCAR was now offering and had to get around the city by foot. Vacation destroyed thanks to this scamming criminal site. After the vacation I spent several hours calling EconomyBookings, all in all 10 calls over the course of 5 months. Every single time nothing but promises, never seen my money returned until this day. Huge disappointment. As I said, a total scam, people making money at the cost of other people's nerves and vacations. Avoid at all costs. Hope you go bankrupt soon and the criminals in charge get sent to jail for long!

9.5 The highlight of my experience was the helpfulness of the staff. I was especially grateful for the assistance of Willie Lemons, a service worker with GCA who asked me if I need help when I did not see a car I liked. He asked me what would meet my needs. He found a car for me and asked me if I was willing to wait while it was washed, then he brought it out for me. Willie truly provided me with VIP service! Sherletta Graves was another staff member who was friendly and helpful on two occasions. First, I returned a car and took the keys with me, she promptly called me and left me a message. When I returned her call she was very nice with no threats of additional charges, simply the request to return the keys as soon as possible (I returned the next day). My second interaction with her was on my last rental return before leave Atlanta, again she was very polite yet remembered me and took the time to insure that I was satisfied with everything. There were other team members who provided me with outstanding service as I rented twice during my visit but unfortunately I do not know there names. Overall, I left Atlanta with a high regard for all the employees in your rental area! Please give my thanks to the Thrifty and GCA Team members. Sincerely, Anita, USA
