I was impressed with the no hassle from dollar rentals going through economybooking. Will use them again.

I was unable to rent the car I paid for through this company, because when I went to pick up the car, I didn't have a major credit card (DON'T USE DOLLAR either). I had to pay double and go through another company, I got no refund after I requested it AND my bank investigated and still didn't do a refund.

Booked a car with this company... went to pick up 2 months later and the reservation had been cancelled for a no show... they never let us know that they had cancelled it and it took me 6 months to get my money back... then they wanted to charge me a 39.00 booking fee. When the deal looks to good to be true... with this company the deal turns into a nightmare... beware of these people

Ive used economybookings.com on numerous occasions. Never a problem and rates are good. The cars are always clean and there is rarely any mechanical issues

We made a booking with this company and found we had to pay a deposit when collecting the car. So in advance we cancelled the booking because you have to use a credit card and i dont have one. Its been one month and 20 days and we are still waiting for a refund. It even cost us 35 sterling to make the phone call from uk to Ireland because it counts as europe. After many emails and calls. Still no refund...

I was searching all the typical car rental websites first (Orbitz, Expedia, CarRentals, etc.) but none of them had the great deal I found on EconomyBookings. They booked me with Global Rent-a-Car in Poland, and it was very easy and affordable!

Went to collect the hire car in Barbados and the supplier of the car had cancelled the order - no response from emails sent to Economy Bookings.

Transparent. No hidden fees. Super Easy drop off. Great rates. Will definitely book with them again.

Ill be using EconomyBookings again. Cant beat the cost savings. I would have paid considerably more through another company.

The car was just what I wanted and needed. CLean, no service problems. Representatives were polite and attentive.

Before you accept, review everything carefully as additional fees, such as insurance and other add-ons, are automatically added to your bill! And, customer service is extremely slow and not helpful.

Very good service, staff was very helpfull, good condition car and economic, with that price very good choice.

I had a question concerning an 80.00 charge that didnt make sense. When I stayed on the line for customer service the line cut out the 5 times I tried. I then tried to get someone by going through the car booking line. The guy that answered said it does that when they are to busy and to keep calling VERY SHADY. I asked where economys headquarters are and he said overseas. Very evasive: STAY AWAY

I rented from Dollar in LAX, from Dollar the rate was $164, through EconomyBookings.com they added on full insurance coverage (not approved by me) and took the final total given in Dollars to mean Euros and then converted that to Dollars on my credit card, which made the total $315, plus $10 conversion fee my my bank. Stay away from these people

2. Offer service on how to install car seat..

My experience has always been ok with EconomyBookings. The car reserved has always been to spec. When returning the vehicle I have never has any awkward or bad representatives

I booked online & paid online. I have full coverage insurance so I opted out of their insurance. I arrived at airport went to rental counter showe them my ID. They didnt have the car I rented available so they gave me a free upgrade to a Jeep Compas & away we went. Return took 2 minuets no hassle great service
