Very misleading. Lots of hidden fees that you are required to pay. Ended up more than triple the original booking. Do not use!
IT'S A SCAM! GO directly to the rental company website. We paid 50 euros with Economy booking and with GOLD car again 250 euros to get the car so we paid twice the insurance 30 euros with Economy booking and 125 with golden car...

I made a rent through the Economy Bookings page. When I reached the end, after having entered the bank details and paid, the system told me that it had not been processed, that it called. I put all the data back in, and he told me the same thing again. I phoned, and nobody answered. I used another rental website that worked without problems.
When I realized, they had charged me 2 times the rent. I called them, I explained, no case. I wrote them, no case. They have stolen my money and they have not given me any service.
Nothing recommendable, they rob you, they are thieves.
Booked a car, on returning it with minor scratches meant we had to pay the rental company E180. Claimed this money after sending all relevant documentation and 70 days later I still have not received a penny.
Many calls and emails unanswered, when you do get through its to Latvia on a premium rate number and after holding >30 minutes. Heard lots of excuses, basically they dont want to pay out. Latest is my claim has apparently been approved but may take up to 28 days to be processed which takes me to 90 days. Luckily my claim is for a small amount and I'm fully expecting more delays and lies. Book elsewhere, you're basically not insured
Too long of a line to rent but it was worth it. Rather have someone I couldve understood better. Not his fault, his accent.
Hired a 10 seater bus in Italy and took EBs excess policy for the first time. Unfortunately had a minor prang that ended up as a major cost. Sent in all the information and received a full repayment. Thank you for the excellent service. Have used since and again had a great price and thankfully no further incidents. Highly recommended
Very fast charging the money but never refunding your money back even though they do not inform car rental company about the insurance. You pay them for an insurance fee but they do not inform the car rental company that you will pick up the car and the car rental company double charges you. You are unable to reach the customer support service for opening a case for it.
We have requested to rent an Opel Moka; but we got an upgrade and received a new Mercedes GLC with 60 km on board and GPS. It was great and we were very satisfied.

Everything went well, my rental was prepared and I had no issues with the staff at the rental agency. I was a little unsure of the service, being that it is from a different country, but I had no issues at all. Dollar was able to confirm my rental prior to my arrival at the airport, and everything was prepared and in order just as it should be. Very good service and they were very responsive whenever I had questions.
They charged an extra $18.24 on my rental car agreement to my credit card as a handling fee. They are sneaky and you should avoid them. After discovering this when I got my monthly credit card statement I called them and they were argumentive and of no help.
I get Peugeot 108 AT and it was really new car. Good dynamic and easy parking. The price was not chip, but i need Quality of service!
I had read some of the negative reviews and almost cancelled after I booked, based on what I read. I am very glad I didn't - my transaction was smooth and easy. My reservation got to the rental company at the airport quickly, and there was not one bit of confusion, misunderstanding, inaccurate fine print, etc. I will definitely use this company again!
I was trying to book a minivan, i found their ad said unlimited mileage but my mistake was not reading carefully their fine print that the unlimited mileage only available to certain clientele so i tried to cancel and they charge me for the cancel fee while other never charge or demanded for a deposit! Avoid this company at all cost!
Booked a car with them and when we got to the rental place, we were told we couldn't rent because their insurance would not cover drivers from certain countries. Economy bookings never informed us of that. When we called for support, they were extremely unhelpful and could not find a suitable replacement. They would not issue a refund either because they needed to investigate the case. (Note that we never got the car we paid them for!). Absolutely horrible!
The transaction was very smooth. Once we arrived at the rental booth the car that we ordered was not available and they immediately gave us a similar model (an estate instead of an SUV)... it was almost a brand new car, just over 6000Km. The car was very nice and extermely good on the roads. My wish was to have a good sized SUV (similar to what I drive), but having an estate was not a big deal.
However, note that when you are doing the Full Cover the rental agents do not acknowledge this as it is a contract between Economy Bookings.com and the driver.

It was a pleasure to do business with Economy Bookings. I would recommend this car rental service to everybody. Everything went smooth and they were very helpful.
I booked a car in Poland with them. When I came to pick it up, the rental agency refused the rental because I didn't have a proper international diver's license. The condition was written in a small tiny print in the rental contract. When I called to get the fees reversed, they siad that the fee was not refundable. Please don't ever book with them and go to direct to the rental companies instead!
Amount withdrawn from account was 125.00 more than the final price when i paid. When i called they were argumentative and was saying that the price was eur dollars when i was looking at my computer and clearly said usd. I cancelled and booked with expedied at the same price i was originally paying for the car from them.
