Booked from another city - the site is clear and convenient. Machines are clean, good condition. Make out not quickly. In general, everything is OK

Contacted their Customer Service after 3 attempts to book yielded NO confirmation email. This took hours of being on hold.

They could not explain why there were problems with booking, but said they could fix it if I sent photos of my driver's license and credit card. Um, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

EconomyBookings.com Very well helped with the organization of our family tour in Europe. They helped us quickly arrange a rental car for a week at reasonable prices. We really enjoyed communication with those support. The car was clean and well maintained.

I booked a car for 1 day for 37 euros using EconomyBooking site, and when I arrived to the company they also tried to charge me 170 euros for returning the car in a different place.
That value was never shown to me, and other companies like Avis charge 9 euros for the same.
Super abusive and super bad experience.
No Centauro neither EconomyBooking gave my money back.
Avoid both companies.

Probably will use their service again, I do have a problem with the gap between the cost of insurance online and the insurance directly with the rental company. It os always the same story.
I choose to oay more (much more) at the front desk.

I was able to check in on a kiosk. Went out and picked my own car. Drove to the exit and my rental was complete. Super easy! Nice car!
