It is still new, but what I can say is that the fleet is good, you can leave the car at any place in the specified zone, you do not need to go to the place where you took it. Reservations and other organizational issues are also resolved fairly quickly, I like, I recommend.
I am brazilian and I made a reservation with Economy Bookings to travel to Costa Rica. Right after the reservation, I receveid an E-mail saying that I need to have an credit card with 5000 USD. I called and said was not possible and they cancelled.
All the problems started in this moment.
First they asked me to wait 21 business day, so I paid the card and waited.
After this, nothing happened and i sent an email to Laura, and she asked for patient cause she sent a reminder to financial department. I waited
After all this, they sent me an email saying that the amount of 218 USD would be refund, but my cost was 320EUR!
Since this they didn't answer me anything!
Don't buy anything with them!

It was the ease of just phoning when we arrived very quick pick up time and not worry how we were going to drive out of the airport to find our destination. Easier from the car rental place. Also dropping us back to the airport I would certainly recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible. Worst online experience I have ever had. Booked a car and then needed to change pick up time more than 24 hours in advance which is says you can do... Except the website would not allow it and waiting on hold on multiple calls for over 4 hours because we kept getting disconnected was not enjoyable. Only to be told there is nothing they can do. If we don't pick up the car within 3 hours our reservation and deposit is gone. Never again will I use these guys.
We had a voucher for a car rental in Spain. It clearly said what we were required to pay at the airport. We ended up paying 300 extra for various things. We had not changed anything on our end. The car was through Goldstar but booked through Economy Bookings. Economy, after a six week delay basically told us they had no control over this?

I was in new york last year, when I exited from the airport, I needed to get to the hotel. But I booked a car in advanced and it was waiting me near the parking. The interior of the car was very clear, and there were much fuel in the car. I can recommemd this service to other travelers

Rented car from Las Vegas location for our honeymoon. Didn't realize we had to take 2 shuttle buses to get there that should've been our 1st clue. We were over charged 2 weeks after rental for smoking in the vehicle. They told us they smelled it 24 hours after we dropped off car - didn't make any sense. When you ask to talk to a supervisor - I was told there was none. As I was expressing my concerns - I was being accussed of discriminating and being bias toward the guy, WOW! This hole in the wall place is crazy. Next time rent from a well known place. Priceline mis-guided us... Lastly when I asked for documentation on policies I was told there were none. I have contacted my credit card for unathorized charges, and will follow up with the BBB!

Rented thru economy bookings. I rented to be picked up in lax and dropped off in Orange County airport and included the drop off fee and taxes. The charge was 75 and when I dropped off the vechicle at dollar I was charged 200 plus! I called dollar and I could not put a complaint to them but with economy bookings. I called economy bookings and was told they would open up a case and also received a email from them telling me they were looking into the matter. Never heard from them again and I tried calling them several times. I also opened up a complaint with the bank. I will never rent from them again especially since they are overseas and you have to settle thru emails! Not a person you can talk too.
U must know your vendors be they have contract with poor vendors as well a must see who the vendor is when u book
For instance if u see economy bookings on your deal dont go with it bec it might end up with a fraudulent vendor
To make it simple Ace, fox are the only reputable comp from the off brands as far as almo hertz dollar thrifty etc are called top of the line companies
