Everything went well until I returned the car. The man who took the car back was not friendly and didn't communicate at all with me. He wrote down there was a scratch on the passengers door. He never mentioned or showed me the scatch. I was waiting for my plane and looked at the receipt and noticed he put down a scratch. I called the number on the receipt when I took the car. The lady was ready nice but after over twenty five minutes she stayed I would have to call back tomorrow. Dollar's representative should communicate if they see something wrong on a return car. I have asked for a picture of the scratch. I plan on going back to Florida within the next few weeks

I found a better deal offered a couple of weeks after I had first booked. I contacted Economy booking to see about cancelling the first reservation and rebooking the same vehicle for the cheaper price. I was told she would just refund me the difference between the two deals. Perfect option! (How ever I am still waiting for the refund to be issued to my card. If it is taking awhile but still coming I would do business with them again. If they never issue the credit... probably wouldn't recommend them.)

Very good service, more than once rescued. Pleased with the rental price, very small. One day I ordered a car, but it was a bit "dirty", but I think it was the first and last time.
I had a great experience. They did not have the car type I booked, so I got a free upgrade. Every staff member was very kind and helpful, from counter to finding the car to checking out to dropping it off again. Price was also very good. Would do it again and recommend to anyone.

On Saturday (05/18/2019) I attempted to reserve a rental car for an upcoming family vacation on economybookings.com. My visa credit card was declined so on Sunday (05/19/2019) I made other arrangements. Much to my surprise on Monday (05/20/2019) I receive an email from economybookings.com confirming my reservation. I seriously question the ethics of a company that will keep trying to complete a transaction two days after the initial attempt. Economybookings.com has agreed to refund (which I still have not received) $355 of the $394 charge, however I have an issue with being charged any amount two days after the initial failed attempt. Just to be clear, no I did not attempt a transaction on the economybookings.com website after Saturday (05/18/2019). Can anyone please help me to recover the full amount of $394.

The service was satisfied. The rental service office was located at the airport and a service employee met and escorted us. Documents issued quickly. Paid a Deposit and went to get the car. We were given a KIA Rio, which we booked on the site. The car was clean and in good technical condition. After 5 days, the car was returned here at the airport, the procedure is fast and hassle-free.
I flew to Los Angeles from Ukraine for a conference. During his stay, rented a Ford Fiesta car. Reservations were easy and affordable on site. Car rental service liked. Auto clean, serviceable.
Over and hour and half to get an agent from hire company to pick us up at airport, this was after several calls even though their office was 5 mins up the road! Totally shocking service will never use them again
The reservetion worked wall and saved some money. There was no problem at all with the part of economybookins.
I reserved a car with this company and then called Budget to confirm the reservation. They told me they would charge me the full amount plus $100.00 for the reservation even though I had prepaid Economy Bookings. I immediately cancelled with Economy Bookings who said I would get a refund minus their fee within two weeks. After eight months, and a claim with my credit card company, I finally received a refund minus about $40.00 for their fee. Their customer service is terrible and they definitely don't deliver as promised.
Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
