There is coloured printed insurance claim on the counter as you walked in. The officer took that and started speaking like a robot in the event if you car incur any accident you will be paid 4900 and even its a third party you will be paid 4900 until such time the insurance company paid us back and it will take months to recover and we will hold that money until that is sorted She kept on speaking like a robot and really scared my brother in law who went their to drop me off. And we decided to pay additional 129 dollars though I had my standard insurance. Car was making a noise at the right left side. It was like a tyre puncture our low pressure. When I returned the car I mentioned to staff on this the staff acted very violent and so as I am as a result of his behaviors.If you are not a chinese don't go to Yes Rental
I rented a car from Payless through bookings, but never got a car. I had to go to Hertz. Payless tried to help me. Booking failed me. Never using this source again. I want my refund.

We rented a car for a certain price via EconomyBookings which included FULL COVERAGE as stated on the bookings page. When we picked up the car we were told that we were not fully covered and had to pay a few hundred pounds more for insurance despite the fact that we paid for FULL COVER. We were also supposed to pick the car up at the terminal, instead we had to be transported from the terminal and back to collect and return the car. The outcome of my dispute is from EconomyBookings is that we never picked up the car! I am fuming. Look at other reviews on Truspilot, many many complaining that they've been mislead. They do not answer calls and ignore e-mails for months only to accuse the customer or denying fault on their part.

J'ai trouvé rapidement et facilement le véhicule que je voulais. Le tarif était tout à fait raisonnable. La confirmation de la réservation est arrivée rapidement. J'ai pu simplement modifier les dates de locations. L'assurance complète est un plus appréciable: il m'est arrivé de louer une voiture avec uniquement les garanties de base, car on m'avait dit "en payant par carte bancaire tu es assuré". Et bien non, ce n'est pas vrai pour tous les types de véhicules et ça m'a couté 2000 euros. Donc 100 euros de plus pour rouler l'esprit tranquille, ce n'est pas du superflu.

Since I returned back the car I started to get deductions from my credit card from the rental company without any explanations. Almost 300 euros gone with no reason. Beware of this.

I got what I booked for a fair price and the company in Cyprus was excellent. I would definitely recommend to others.
I flew into Philadelphia to attend my nieces wedding I booked a rental car from the airport and PREPAID to this rip off company for a vehicle to accommodate me for the weekend event. I booked through this company at Dollar rental car at the airport. When I arrived at the Dollar Rental, they wanted an additional $500 to get the vehicle Now remember I PREPAID this entirely, so I was taken back when Dollar rep asked. I said okay, then the dollar agent said I didn't pass a CREDIT CHECK? I was so upset, because when I booked and prepaid this, no where did it state a credit check! Needless to say I did NOT get the vehicle and when I called the company they said nothing they could do! I gave them $274 of my hard earned money and they said ZERO REFUND and that I didn't read the fine print!

During online booking, the mandatory credit card was not explained. I used my debit card to complete my booking and the amount was taken. Upon arrival to the airport in the middle of the night with family and children, I was refused to be given the car and the money was taken.

I do not write reviews but if this review can spare even one person from the atrocity that is this company it will be well worth it. We had super unforeseen situation occur where my credit card had fraudulent activity and was shut down on the day of my pick up. When I called Economy Bookings they told me that's just too bad. They acted like they wished they could help, but they could not cancel and that it was the car rentals policy that no refunds under any circumstances. I called the car rental and they told me the opposite. They were super nice and helpful but assured me that I should be getting from the third party and that they would have to cancel it on their end. I called Economy bookings back and they started telling me the same stuff they already told me until I told them that they were incorrect because I just spoke with the car rental company. They then simply told me that it is not in their own policy to provide a refund and then refused to cancel my rental. I went back to the rental company and explained what was happening. They told me they would force cancel it and since it was with the allowed time frame for cancellation their would be no cost or fee. When I told this to economy bookings, they said I should have read the fine print. They were extremely rude and now they are just going to pocket the entire amount of money. One of the folks I talked to at the rental company told me that this isn't the first time he has seen Economy. Economy Bookings has absolutely been the worse customer experience I have ever had. I will certainly be going out of my to make sure that no I know uses this company and has to go through the absolute madness that is this company!

On September 29th, I rented a car in Basel via EconomyBookings. After making the booking, I received an immediate email from the rental company stating that the car was not available at the requested time. They asked me to cancel the booking and request a refund from EconomyBookings. I promptly emailed EconomyBookings to request a refund. After a few days, I received an email stating that I did not meet the refund conditions, despite the rental company not having an available car. I subsequently sent two more emails to EconomyBookings, but I have not received any further responses. They are also not reachable by phone.

I had a good experience ordering a car from Economy Booking, company Firefly. It was a good car and good service from Fire fly at Valencia airport. I received a part of the deposited deposit, but I missed my detailed fee, which was deducted from the detailing of the deposit.
According regulations Firfly should list any charges for my order (detail).
Overall we had a very positive experience, will definitely use again & recommend to others when required
I booked a car for pickup in Las Vegas, Nevada. It required immediate payment. When I rec'd the contract and reviewed the fine print I learned the car rental pickup was NOT at the airport as it had been listed. I canceled the booking well within the advertised cancellation period. I was then told my refund would come in 30 days! It takes 10 min to push the button to refund. Ok - take 5 business days. I began contacting their customer support line via email. Over the next 3 weeks I was promised a refund in 7 business days - which has never arrived. They say there is a phone number to call for support - WRONG. The number only provides a recording. I finally was able to reach a human after pushing the number for a new rental. I got -0- support. I was told there is only an email (which I have contacted multiple times) - no phone number. Google it - they publish a support phone number! I'm still waiting for my money - $390.72.
My advice - AVOID THIS SITE! Now I continue to find a way to force their hand and get my money back. WOW - what a waste of time & energy.

My fight was cancelled after the vehicle pickup time and Economy Booking will not give me my money back even though it was no fault of mine, the plane broke and they blame me, Sorry if you deal with these people nothing but a bunch of forgieners trying to get as much money from you as they can.

Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
Answer: A complete shambolic company that cons people out of money!
