The service is good, they have good vehicles and the location is excellent on departure in London. Prices are lower than in other similar companies

Rented car in multiple occasions. Always friendly. Good and clean cars. Often upgraded. Opening hours could be extended in the evening to accommodate late arrivals (at least like other companies opening hours)

For best service use EconomyBookings, and Octavio went the extra mile to help get a car. I didn't have a reservation, tried to rent a car at all rental companies around the Central Station, Europecar staff was rude, Hertz had 2 employees servicing a long line of people (about 40)

We had a petrol engine but would rather have a diesel next time cause it consumed quite a lot of petrol. Maybe because we were driving around Piemonte area with hills
