My only issue is that the modern day vehicle is so loaded down with technology that it takes far more time to get acclimated to the technology than it does to rent the vehicle, which is always a breeze.

My son lost his phone on the bus and everyone pulled out all the stops to recover it. Thank you all so much for your help. We would give 10 stars.

Pros: Easy out and easy to get to upon return. Upon return Keisha was awesome! Not only was she friendly and positive but she took the time to ensure two other customers that everything was in order and said she does so because she knows how stressful it is to travel.

Often prices are competitive. I always try to rent from them if the prices are reasonable. Great rental. Easy access and brand new vehicle

Booked this way in advance but changed my mind on the vehicle. They had me in and out and on my way up the coast of Cali in a convertible Camaro in 5 min for not much extra. Great experience.

Need proper information of the booking. If the car isn't on airport, don't say it is. If I choose small car, full to full, don't give big car empty to empty etc.

They went above and beyond to get all customers a vehicle. Despite the fact that vehicles were short all over the city. They went beyond to make sure i was happy! They drove me to auto repair shop when I returned my rental!

Booked a car for pick-up at Turino airport on 29th Dec 2019. On arrival at rental desk, company did not deliver booked car. In fact they offered another car at higher price. I refused to accept this and got no car. Had to hire car at airport from another company. Later when complained, economy booming after nearly a month refused to refund booking amount.

I save money using your service and the Choice of cars was good enough if i compare With others companies.
