Chevrolet Cruze was clean and easy to drive. I really liked the backup camera and the Android Auto, which allowed me to use my phone's GPS/Google Maps instead of having to handle my phone while driving in order to find my way around.

I booked a car though EconomyBookings.com to pick up in Vevey, Switzerland. I received a booking confirmation however the details said pick up from Avis at Nestle Offices (food and beverage company). I went to pick up the car and Avis said that this service is for Nestle employees only and that they cancelled my booking with EconomyBookings and I needed to go back to EconomyBookings and obtain a refund. The person I called refused to help. The email account that I was referred to, to obtain a refund will not respond. It has been weeks and they have taken over 200 euros and no responsibility. It is a blatant SCAM.

I had the pleasure of renting an extended SUV for my family. The rental agent was very helpful. Any issues we had were corrected immediately. I had an overall great experience from check-in, pick up to drop off.
I left a favorable review but did not leave anything in the comment section of the review. I was surprised to see my review with comments generated by the company stating how good of service they had provided. Smells like FRAUD to me. Car was as expected and friendly staff. Nothing out of the ordinary except fraudulent comment section of original review.
I got about 30 mpg, happily, given the high cost of gas in Milano. Returning the car was as easy as picking it up. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I'm glad I chose EconomyBookings. Did I mention it was the best price of any of the majors? It was.
