I ordered a specification plate for my 1988 Corvette off their website. They sent me the wrong one and when I emailed them I was told they would ship the right one out and not to worry about returning the incorrect one. After several days have gone by I again messaged as to if it was shipped just to be informed that it was out of stock and I should see it sometime late October or in November. It should not have been offered for sale to begin with if they didn't have it available. Bottom line is they have my money and I have the wrong specification plate and may never see the right one.
0 stars for Eckler's auto parts. Placed an order for my 1970 Ford Torino on July 8th. Part, S&H, taxes and $. 99 core charge(per their web page) came to $120.11. Didn't hear anything by July 15th. Called them... was on hold for over an our. Finally hung up. Went to their web page to get an update. Used the chat option... said the part would ship in 2 days. It didn't. I called back on July 21st and finally got through to someone. They said the part was scheduled to be picked up by FedEx that day(coincidence). The part was delivered the 23rd. Wrong part number. They also added an additional $22.61 s&h and charged me $53.31 for core charge. I sent the part back. They refunded the part and core charge but none of the $43 s&h. Horrible company to do business with.
Ordered a brand new top for my 85 corvette ($1000+), and it doesn't line up. The top was rushed to me because I wanted a refund due to taking so long. So what they did was quickly slap something together and sent it to me. Ecklers lied to me and told me they would take it back and never provided shipping info. Called back and said we will not refund you a thing. Still months later and nothing from either company Astro tops or ecklers. So I'll out $1000+ because of terrible service. STAY AWAY.
I have been waiting 3 weeks for my order and just contacted them and now I was told that it will not shop for at least another 2 weeks. This isn't the first time I have had to wait a long time for an order from them. I am all done with them, they aren't the only Covette parts dealer around.
Stupid counter people that have no clue, then when you call customer service your on hold till they hang up on you. Why even call back. Order from someone else!
I paid 3200 for a part i ordered from ecklers. Have got nothing but the run around from them. Its been 2 month and have recieved nothing. They refuse to answer the phones. Was on hold for 47 minutes 1 day, and 55 minutes the next day. They dont update the website with tracking info. Keep telling me 2 more weeks for delivery. Finally spoke with customer support and they claim the manufacturerer of the part is ill, which makes no sense and it must be a 1 man show. I want my money back. All 3200 dollars from them. They refuse to give it back. Ive been robbed by ecklers. After reading numerous reviews from others. Seems like its a common practice with ecklers. This company needs to be put out of business.
I have been trying for several months to get my money back for paid and afterwards canceled items order because they were out of stuck. The Eckler's even created fake invoices and sent them to my bank which is resolving dispute charge. Daylight robbery number 1!

Received All parts except the gas tank sending unit because it was back ordered. Nine months later, I receive an email letting me know that I need to pay them more money to received the part that I ordered and paid for in the previous year. My wife received an unpleasant call from their accounts receivable lady stating that I needed to pay them right away. When I get the message from my wife, I call them back and leave them a message stating my name and number and to ask them to call me back. Later on, I received an email stating that that I owed more money. So I gathered all the information showing my payment and emailed her back. After that I get a call saying how I still owed money and once again, I explained how it was already paid for. She then says she has to talk to her manager as she cuts me off every time I try to explain it in a way she will understand. I get a call the next day and she reiterates the exact same thing as the day before. I try once again to explain that the part has been paid for and tell her the date and the amount. She then says there was a refund issued on the back ordered part. I then say there was absolutely no refund issued and I know this because my credit card statements were in front of me. She then says she has to talk to a manager and hangs up on me. So I decide to try calling their spectacular customer service department. After being on hold for a half hour, Same person answers the phone that I have previously talked to. She sure didn't seem happy to talk to me again. As I am try once more to explain that it was already paid for and there was no refund issued, She then says we don't charge for backordered parts. That is a complete lie since I paid the full kit price plus shipping and tax. So she keeps cutting me off which is quite irritating. So I start asking her for my refund and I told that "I can order my part again and pay for it or get lost" and then I am hung up on again. If I were you, I would stay away from this company. They have horrendous customer service and they rip you off.
I placed an email order with Eckler Industries (2603 Challenger Tech Ct., Suite 110, Orlando FL *******) in the amount of $108.25. Days passed without getting a confirmation email of the order being received. I then decided to call to ensure the order was, in fact, received. I spent a ridiculous amount of time (HOURS!) on the phone being handed off to people to finally be told they had not received the order and that they were going to place it right then (Order number *******0001). A few days later, I receive the items in the mail. Then a few days after that, I receive the same items again. When I called the company and explained they sent me a second order (and charged me for it) they said I could mail it back and get a refund but I would have to pay shipping (which was $20.00 according to their original charge). I was absolutely willing to take my personal time to mail the items back but I was not going to pay the shipping! I did not order two shipments, it was due to their lack of organization and accuracy that let to their error. I had already sacrificed so much of my time dealing with this company. However they were totally unwilling to resolve their mistake and were not helpful at all.
I received a postcard from Eckler's offering $15.00 off any purchase over $15.01. So I had about $1,800.00 worth of parts to order for my Corvette but had never dealt with Eckler's. I needed a $20.00 Relay so I decided to order the Relay, use the $15.00 offer and see how Eckler's was to deal with. I then noticed a hit on my credit card for the full amount. I called and talked with a very nice lady who checked and said yes they will adjust the amount when the billing goes through and she gave me the correct billing amount. She also verified that the part was in stock. After almost 3 weeks I received no part and my credit card hit noted as Pending disappeared. I called to ask what happened and they couldn't find my order anymore. So as of today $1,800.00 worth were ordered from a company I have used in the past. Big Management Issues! Huge!
I bought dash sockets from this company they are to big they won't send me out a return label it is there fault DO NOT BUY FROM THIS $#*!$#*! company
I ordered parts for a 69 mustang, they send the wrong parts so I called them and Shakina said to send them the parts back they would pay the shipping. I send them back and now they say the shipping is not covered, I have an email to prove that they said they would cover shipping (@ $65.00). Too big to care, a long time on the phone and emails, seems nobody knows who their peers are. Shame on you Eklers you lost a customer even though you don't care
Never able to get my full refund for canceled out of stuck parts. Customer service is horrible and unable to put manager on the phone for multiple times. Competitor will match Ecklers price and will warn you if theirs parts are out of stuck.
Outstanding service, you can find anything you want for your vette and low shipping also, I definitely recommend.
I received my order promptly and don't have a problem with the product. A month after receiving the order, I received a bill in the mail for an additional $3.66 with a RED PAST DUE stamped in the middle of the page. I paid through PAYPAL the total due at time of check out. I order online all the time and have never received an addition bill in the mail from a company, I feel this is such a scam, the representative I spoke to blamed it on PAYPAL and there tax collection system, however before I received the bill in the mail, I had placed another order through them which did not have any issues with improper tax collection through PAYPAL. Never have I seen this from any other company I have dealt with. I will not do business with them again, sadly over $3.66.
2 of the 5 parts i ordered would not fit my corvette took me hours and found out the straps were way to short.The sending unit gasket had the wrong bolt pattern total junk.
Poor quality products, unprofessional customer service. After 15 years of being a loyal customer i am done with them.
Do not use eklers for your corvette purchases. I ordered an exhaust sytem which I was told would take 4 to six weeks to be delivered. When I checked on my order I was told it would take 8 to ten weeks to be delivered. When I canceled my order I was told it woud take two to three buisness days for my account to be credited. Another lie then I was told 4 to 10 buisness days. I waited on the phone almost an hour to get a customer service rep. I am never using eklers any more.
I've been in the auto repair biz for over 40 years and this is the worst company i ever dealt with, if you want to wait an eternity and get a million different answers or want to wait months for your money back then i would deal with Ecklers
Ecklers has the worst customer service i have ever know you cant ever contact any one by phone the put on hold for ever i will use summit racing or classis industries for parts
