On 1/23/2022 I purchased sound deadening materials for my 2016 Corvette, $305.65 total and the invoice stated it would ship in 7 - 10 business days. I still have not received it, can't get anything but automated replies from customer service, they don't answer the phone but if you get lucky and get someone all you get is the run around and excuse after excuse. I just want my money refunded but getting no where.
In my opinion if you do business with these people you are asking for trouble, may even lose your money. I'm damn sure not happy and will never purchase anything from them in the future.

We ordered tires after almost 2 weeks and I still haven't received the tires. I called to find out what's going on with the tires and they are now telling me I have to deal with manufacturing. This is bad service and the person helping me out had no answers to the questions I was asking. He kept saying he didn't understand what I was saying and wasn't helpful at all. Their website is not good or helpful in any way.

Ecklers SUCKS!

I ordered some flush finishing washers for my door panels. After waiting for quite a while I did not hear from Ecklers. I called them, they said they do not have what I ordered. I told them it would be nice if they would have notified me about not having the parts. They said there is no procedure in place to do his. Ecklers... come on... give me a break. This shows how much they care for their customers and that they don't give a crap about how much time the customer lost waiting for them.

I bought a water pump from Eckler's in July. By November, I discovered it was leaking. I contacted Eckler's and informed them of this, and offered to buy a new water pump so I can have the defective one replaced, and return the defective one for a refund. The agent would not cooperate. He wanted me to have the old one removed and return it to Eckler's to be repaired. I explained that 1) I did not want a defective and repaired item installed back in my car, and 2) Even if I wanted to return the old one to be repaired, once the water pump was removed from my car to be returned, how was I supposed to drive it home from the mechanic? They refused to cooperate, and to date (12/ 19) still have not.

Go anywhere but ecklers

I am disgusted. I ordered $2500 in parts from them for a classic restoration im working on, its now December. They have no idea where my parts are or when they might be ready. Same story since august. I finally got fed up and am trying to get a refund which they tell me could take a month to process. Absolutely pathetic. Ill shop everywhere and anywhere except ecklers in the future. Hour long waits on the call in line, complete clustercluck up there... its a shame.

Placed an order on the 26th- it was shipped the 27th. Checked on it via USPS tracking- and the package was floating around Atlanta- then for some unknown reason ended back at Eckler's in Florida! So I thought a phone call would be best to sort/ figure out what happened.

OK- the hold was long- but be real- you work on your car- paint the bedroom- read a book- and have the phone by your side no big deal. BTW - have you been to a restaurant lately- you have to wait there too- especially if the food is any good!

Kathleen A. Picked up the phone- I told her the issue- she said she'd investigate- extremely apologetic and said she get back to me by the end of the day. I received an email at the end of the day - she is still looking into it - will get back at it in the morning.

Next day I received a call around lunchtime- problem is solved - and it'll be on my doorstep in a few days thanks to Fedex. What more can you ask for?

No way to communicate

This company has repeatedly ignored any attempt to communicate through email. I had this issue when it took more than a year to resolve a wheel tire package. For some unknown reason they keep putting $225 to my credit card in authorization. No transaction is completed and they repeat this over and over. I understand what it is for... usually back ordered items. I have nothing on order or back order. I have asked but never a response. They suck.

Call can't get someone to answer except sells and they can not help with already orders. Told him i waited 20 minutes on phone yesterday, he says that's not long enough. Can't even get a return on a email. They say no people want to work. Won't buy from them again

I purchased a L88 hood for my 1981 Corvette when it was delivered there was some problems with it and I actually did not like it it was too high. Since the box it came in was dispose of i decided to order the stinger hood and upon delivery i would return the L88 so i paid for the stinger hood and returned the L 88. Since then i have been trying to call customer service to see why i have not been credited back what a joke on hold for hours every time i call i sent them numerous e mails with a response saying i was not charged for the L 88 hood because the order was canceled! But yet my account was charged and hood delivered! This has been going on for a month or better no call nothing from ecklers customerservice! Be warned their customer service is a joke! Buy your corvette parts elsewhere! I will now have to get the attorney General and the better Business Bureau involved to get my 1300 plus dollars back! THANK YOU ECKLERS FOR YOR NON EXISTING CUSTOMERS SERVICE

They have horrendous customer service and staff. Don't respond to emails or phone calls. I purchased an item on Sept 11th I took them over 3weeks to tell me they don't make the part any longer. It's been 2 weeks now and still waiting on my refund.

I ordered an electrical door switch for my Corvette. Of course they except my credit card payment right away but unfortunately I never get the part. I call customer service several times, where I waited on hold over 2 hours every time! When you get someone finally, you get a run around, then I am informed on 3rd call that the part is in backorder from an outside vender. So I proceed to cancel order... Again, hear nothing back regarding my refund. I finally get an email back stating that my refund would be processed between 5-7 business days. Great right... not so fast, its been over 2 weeks and no refund. I call e-mail the employee that sent me the message regarding my refund, of course I get no response. I call his extension several times and guess what... he is not available every time (Must be bust not helping other customers). I call back and attempt to talk to someone else... apparently no one is available and then recording hangs up on you. For 2 hours their on hold company recording tells you about their award winning customer service... Thats a joke unless it's an award for being the WORST. Message also tells you they have high call volume (24x7 apparently)... Yea sure they do. They also push you to e-mail them instead of waiting on hold but good luck with that. They get back to you over 5 days later and leave a vague response that doesn't even answer your questions... Buyers Beware! Stay away from this company. There are right and wrong ways to run a business. Ecklers shows you exactly what not to do!

I ordered the C7 painted door handles in Laguna Blue to match my Vette. They arrived in great condition and improve overall appearance of the car.
It amazed me how adding one small custom piece can make such a huge improvement! Great Buy!

This company has horrible customer service, they will force feed you magazines in multiples long after you canceled your account in attempt to disconnect from mass mailings, 3 duplicate books and two tho books I don't nor have I ever owned.

I ordered one part on Sept 5th. It said avaliable, has been processing 19 days? I have emailed 8 or 9 times got a; we will reply to you within 5 days. No reply. Have called 5 times set on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. No answer what so ever. Is there customer service, parts specialists, or anything? I will fill out a better business bureau and maybe I can get a reply through them. This is beyond sad in the past I have had a great experience with them but not this time.

Parts don't fit

I bought some chrome parts to dress up engine on my 1995 corvette. An oil cap and a brake fluid cap. They did not fit, they were too small. When i called customer service they couldn't find me, even though i gave them my name and address. The service rep told me we have a new computer system. ( yeah, right!). They lost a customer in me and I will never recommend them to anyone. The worst.

I ordered a part, it doesn't work on the vehicle they said it would. I'm sitting here waiting for customers service on hold, 61 minutes right now. They have a high call volume, they probably have one person. I sent an email, they said they would have someone contact me in 5 days. Sent one to a different site, tech service, 2 days for a response.
Pretty much "zero" customer service, don't think they care at all about the customer.
IM FINISHED WITH THEM!

NEVER AGAIN

I would never recommend Ecklers to anyone who wants to purchase automotive parts. Ecklers used to be a good company, but apparently they have fallen under the 'leadership' of some of the most incompetent people in any industry. During the first week of September 2021 they went through a systems change and the consequences of it are perhaps enough to bury this company. I ordered a part for my car 10 days ago. Ecklers managed to send the part to their own company! I called to ask about the status of the order and was assured that they had corrected things and the part would be sent to me and was actually on its way. It was a complete lie! And I was told this lie by two different people within customer service.

I ultimately was working with a case manager and even he was not able to provide any real assistance. Imagine a company's ordering system being so screwed up for a week and a half and how many thousands of orders must have been impacted! I also ordered another parts kit which contained multiple parts and a key part was missing from the kit. Do you think they would have bothered to tell me in advance that the part was backordered? Heck no, it never crossed their minds! I guess they just wanted to surprise my shop when they opened the box. You would also think it would have crossed their minds to run a parallel ordering system and ensure the new system was functionally operational before taking down the old one! But they clearly never properly tested the new system. Who DOES such crummy work?! Thank God they don't make airplane engines.

The best thing this company could do is get rid of its entire IT department because they are incompetent to the point of endangering the entire company. Heads should also roll at the top for the fiasco they oversaw with the new, dysfunctional system. Accountability would be welcomed here.

I emailed the CEO, President, head of HR and head of IT in my complaint email. I don't expect a response from any of them because they don't give a damn about their customers in reality. My guess is they are handsomely paid for the destruction they bring upon their own organization. I will never use this company again because they simply cannot be trusted to do the right thing and this has caused huge headaches for myself and I know for many, many others! FIND A BETTER PARTS VENDOR and save yourself a huge headache!

Ordered a set of gauges online and my CC was immediately billed $475 and received an order confirmation email stating that they would send an email when shipped. After two weeks and no ship notice email, I tried calling customer service and waited on hold for 45 minutes on two occasions. Was never able to speak to a person. Then sent an email and received no response. It appears that the charge has now been dropped from my CC. Followed the link in order confirmation email to check on order and entered the order number and other info and it could not find nor confirm my order. I emailed the gauge manufacturer and was told that they are not currently producing the gauges I ordered. I would like to cancel my order and purchase other gauges from another vendor but have not been able to do so due to nonexistent customer service.

I called regarding a part for my Vette priced at $314.99 at Ecklers. I found a competitor with the same part at $219.99. After giving info regarding matching the price, and being put on hold, was told that they don't have the part in stock (They did) that they couldn't honor the price match... I said "I guess I'll buy the part elswhere) and he said "Fine" and hung up on me. Ecklers just lost a customer that has been ordering many parts lately and still need several more thousand $$ worth.
