We've ordered quite a few things and had no problems. However, we placed an order in September. The parts were in stock when we ordered them. The money was deducted from our account. Three months later and we haven't received our order yet and the item says it's out of stock now. Supposedly to be delivered this week. Not pleased at all about this order. When I called about the order in October, they did send a $10 gift certificate for a future order….but I'd rather have what I ordered 3 months ago. Hopefully, it will be delivered by Dec 16th. We will see. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because other orders have been fine, with no issues.

Restoring, refurbishing, or just upgrading your vehicle is sort of like doing a puzzle. A puzzle usually starts by working from the outside (border) in, whereas a vehicle is just the opposite. You do that project from the inside out. You need to be asking the question "What's next?". It's nice to have the parts you need before you actually need them. This purchase is just a small upgrade that I've been wanting to do, and it's getting close to the time where I will need it. The ordering process was easy, and the shipping was fast. What else could I ask for? Great experience all around!

Parts worked great, superfast shipping, happy camper. I was a loyal Mac's customer for years and unsure how the exchange of 'powers-to-be' would affect the product line, and service. I miss the early Ford catalogs and product line but what is available is well managed... I will purchase more in the future.
One problem my gas tank doesn't have return line connection probly going to weld one in unless I exchange

I apologize for the delay with your order, I did look into this and see you have spoken to customer service on 12/10/2024 and they submitted an updated estimated ship date ticket for you. This way we can reach out to the supplier and try to get you the most updated shipping information available. I assume the supplier is actually out of stock of these items as well therefor causing the delay with shipping. We try to keep our website reflecting the most up to date information but sometimes with 3rd party suppliers this happens.
