Ordered a front brake caliper conversion kit. And it was listed as open box. No where was I told that it was missing parts. The description claimed it was only scratched from previous install. Ecklers did nothing to make it right and now I have to go find all the missing parts to make the kit work! They said didn't you see the picture? Really?
Bought parts for my restoration project. They had some hard to find items for my truck. Shipped fast.
The process for ordering the part I needed was simply, easy to accomplish, and the order was processed and shipped quickly.
Called parts department and spoke with Chad Lingenfelter. Chad answered all my questions and I ordered a new fuel tank for my 82 Corvette as well as a new sending unit. Got the parts in 3 days and they are now being installed. Excellent service and very knowledgeable from the parts dept. Thank you and keep up the great work.
Placed an order and after a week was emailed stating that the order had been canceled. No reason given. Parts were said to have been in stock. Absolute BS.

I am sorry to hear that your order was cancelled and you were not notified in advance, I did locate the order you placed on 12/6 it looks like our customer operations department did try and call you 2 times first on 12/6, then again on 12/10 to notify you that we needed another delivery address since you had listed a PO Box. Unfortunately per policy we cannot ship orders to PO Boxes and require a physical address. I do apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
You are welcome to replace your order with a physical shipping address online or over the phone with our sales techs.

FedEx left the package at the end of our 110' driveway. Had it not been garbage day I never would have known it was there. Find a different shipper
I was always unsure about ordering from ecklers but for an ignition switch i was willing to roll the dice. The fact i paid the small up charge for fed ex delivery because i did not want it usps. And yet you charged me for fed ex and still sent it how ever u wanted. Dissapointing something so simple

Before you order your parts, make sure you have the right part returns. Suck! They charged you with restocking fee and only want to give you a store Credit. Another way they can suck more money out of you.

I located your order for the Roof Drip Panel that you are returning back to us, I wanted to clarify with you we do not charge restocking fees we give our customers the opition to select our fed ex return label at a discounted rate that is insured with fed ex. You do not have to use our label and can select to purchase your own if you choose. You also should be able to select your refund method either to original method of payment or Store Credit, if one of these is not available at the time of setting up your return do not hesitate to reach out to us for clarity. I know nothing about cars. My dad, a new enthusiest, wanted some accessories for his new ride! All I needed was the basic car info and I was able to navigate the website finding what would and would not fit his car. Super easy!

We've ordered quite a few things and had no problems. However, we placed an order in September. The parts were in stock when we ordered them. The money was deducted from our account. Three months later and we haven't received our order yet and the item says it's out of stock now. Supposedly to be delivered this week. Not pleased at all about this order. When I called about the order in October, they did send a $10 gift certificate for a future order….but I'd rather have what I ordered 3 months ago. Hopefully, it will be delivered by Dec 16th. We will see. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because other orders have been fine, with no issues.

I apologize for the delay with your order, I did look into this and see you have spoken to customer service on 12/10/2024 and they submitted an updated estimated ship date ticket for you. This way we can reach out to the supplier and try to get you the most updated shipping information available. I assume the supplier is actually out of stock of these items as well therefor causing the delay with shipping. We try to keep our website reflecting the most up to date information but sometimes with 3rd party suppliers this happens.
