Purchased this to dress up my 69 Camaro engine bay but did not fit. Ecklers was great and promptly issued a store credit!
The product is ordered is not what I received in the mail. Instead of sending me the correct product you only offered a refund of store credit. You should have sent me what I ordered.
I got 5 spam emails for Ecklers today, and probably 15-20 since Friday last. I can't put you in the Spam folder because then I wasn't get my order updates. Every time you log in it wants you to accept all of the cookies. I also got a bunch of Spam in my inbox, leading me to believe you sold my email address.
I have been buying parts from Eckler's for the past 20 years. Mostly El Camino and G body items.
And I will continue to buy parts from them due to the quality of the parts, the fit, and the awesome customer service!
I checked on line into seat covers for my 66 Bronco. On line said they were in stock, so I called to verify. The person on your end said they were in stock, so I ordered them. Now I'm being told it will be some time in August be fore I get them. Not Happy.

Ecklers stopped carrying the repair"kit" for the sunvisors but all the separate parts were available at a reasonable price EXCEPT the spring cap cover, which was very expensive. That 1 piece was literally half the cost of the entire order. Disappointed

Ordered muncie shift linkages for a customers 70 monte carlo big block. Before placing order it said by Friday. After i placed order it said on Friday. Today, Friday it says by end of day Saturday. Customer wanted car for holiday weekend, promises promises!

I do apologize that the Corvette Shifter Linkage was not delivered in the timeframe that was advertised or expected. I understand how frustrating this can be especially when it is for a customers vehicle. We take full responsibility for this and know that we can not do anything at this point but own up to our mistake. I am not sure what happened with fed ex taking so many days to deliver to you in WI from KS this is normally a 3 business day delivery which would of been Friday not Saturday. Seems it might of gotten stuck at one of their hubs. Due to the inconvenience I have issued you a refund for the shipping although this does not make up for the customer not being able to drive his car this past weekend your concerns did not fall on deaf ears. I was expecting a call from Maersk Freight to deliver my windshield. They just dumped it on the front porch & dashed. No doorbell or opportunity to inspect. Guess you can't expect much for $300

I apologize for the recent experience with the delivery of your windshield. With freight we do not require a delivery appointment or a signature upon delivery. The freight company can choose to reach out to notify you when they will be delivering but unfortunately this is correct they can just drop the item and go. If after you inspect it and you find something is wrong you can contact customer service and we will take care of it.
